B K: I attended the ASK garage this morning with my daughter to seek help and support with issues relating to her car brought from another place. These were numerous issues including oil leak, condensation and engine light constantly turning on. Tom and Avtar were amazing and attentive throughout the diagnostic checks. Tom took his time to explain why issues were occurring and finding sensible solutions to resolve the problems. Within a few hours all problems were rectified. During our time there we were offered a warm and relaxing room to wait in with regular updates throughout. Moreover, we were treated with the upmost respect and courteously which is often not the case when women attend motor vehicle repair places.My daughter now feels very confident and able to deal with car issues independently thanks to the amazing and respectful service we received today.ASK Motors are more than a business to me, they represent a family centred and friendly approach that makes customers feel valued and welcomed.Thank you ASK as you’ve done more than fixing a car.

After deciding to look in Walsall, Motorland caught my eye as their reviews were great. My dad had a great experience with Adam who initially discussed part exchanging my previous vehicle on the Tuesday before we went to look on the Wednesday. We had such a warm welcome from Andy who looked after us throughout; friendly and reassuring but no pressure at any point!After looking and choosing a car, my new car was ready for collection by Saturday morning after a service and MOT!When I do want another car in the future I will definitely be returning - thank you Andy and Adam for an amazing experience the whole way through!A side note - Andy had learned from my Dad that it would be my birthday on Saturday. He organised for my road tax to be paid for 6 months and and to my surprise there was a beautiful bunch of flowers to say happy birthday from all the staff! Manny arranged to get the van picked up straight away, at first they thought it was a fuse but manny said he would keep hold of it for a couple of days to see if it threw up any more problems. The power steering failed again and without hesitation he ordered a brand new power steering pump and rack and returned it shortly after working as it should. I am very happy with the service that was provided and love my van . Fully reccomend Walsall car centre 👌
