Pav: Been with this surgery since 2015, Dr Singh was a fantastic GP but i think he moved to Australia not long after 2015, going forward i have seen Dr Rani, who seems ok but i wasn't really keen on, Tracey the nurse im not keen on either i find her very rude. The receptionists don't even answer the phone properly, for the past few years I have seen Dr Amrit Khera and Dr Preeti Khera, those two are the best by far and very attentive, i would have left the surgery ages ago if these two weren't around , both are fantastic and have been very supportive to me, turns out they are both sisters too that explains why they are both so wonderful and caring doctors. I would have rated the surgery 2 out of 5, but due to the Kheras i have bumped it up to a 4 star rating.

Stella Price: I have had to attend twice over the last few weeks for different conditions and on both occasions the treatment I received has been excellent and the two doctors I saw took the time to listen to me and get me the appropriate tests/medication.

QuackingEldrich 101: This surgery has massively improved recently. Now that they relocated, they seem to have recruited new reception staff who I have had consistently pleasant and useful interactions with. The care I have received has been really solid so far, with Dr Mahmood being very professional and has managed to correctly treat all ailments me and my family have had in the past few months, and the nurse is absolutely amazing at what she does, leaving no stone unturned and making sure she treats not only the condition I have come in with, but also ensuring she has checked me as a whole to make sure my health is good. The wait times can be quite silly, 30 minutes of wait time after appointment is not ideal so I think they should allocate more time for each appointment because I think the current time is 10 minutes per appointment, however the doctors and nurses give you more time than that in order to be thorough. I only give 4 stars because of previous issues I've had, but if the practice remains consistently good I will increase my rating to 5 stars.
Noma Mahmood: They changed their reception staff who are now very friendly and understanding, they are much easier to speak to compared to the reception staff they had before. I recommend this GP surgery.

Caron Baker: The nurse Kim is absolutely amazing. She has been golden with my son after his operation. His after care has been fantastic. She is pleasant and always chats to my son and makes sure he is ok. I would highly recommend this surgery as the Dr's here are also amazing.

Muhammad Ali butt: I have been registered with this surgery for many years and cannot fault their service. Dr AS.Suri is our family doctor and he is a wonderful man. Receptionists and nurses are helpful and polite. Three new family members have been registered with this GP and we have had great help from the doctors.
Fahim Khalid: Brilliant surgery. Have been registered with them since a child and honestly not a bad word to say about any of the staff. Wendy at the reception is an absolute Gem. Turn around time for repeat prescriptions can some times be within hours. Always facilitate appointments either for myself or my parents, grandparent and every great grandparents. Highly recommend this practice and all the doctors there are very methodical and thorough.

So meaning you have to tell a few white lies to get an appointment.Also at the end of filling in the form your send a message when the G.P will call back which can be at any time during the day.It doesn't allow you to plan or prepare your self, even when your at work or at home with family it's the inappropriate time and place to take a call the meaning Private and Confidential is lone gone.
