She talked me through how the system worked, and was there for me when I had forgotten some essential aspects, too. Although my unit was on an upper floor, there was a lift, and trolleys to make the transfer of boxes to and from my car almost painless!! I have no hesitation in recommending Admiral Self Storage, and would certainly use them again if the occasion arose.

The delivery team, Lee and George were very helpful and extremely hard-working. No damage to any of the items, nor the house when moving the furniture in. On the day they were on time, Adel took charge and everything went smoothly, even with pouring rain and limited access to our new home. Our neighbour was so impressed watching them work that he asked for their details for a future job.Adel is a very professional, experienced mover but is also acutely aware of people's anxieties at such a time and will give you as long as it takes to work through your needs. Bill Baker: We booked Sandwell Removals for my sister-in-law's move to Hereford. Adel and his team came on time; negotiated with the neighbours to get the van outside the house; packed the van quickly and so carefully and all the time were reassuring, thoughtful and conscientious. On arrival in Hereford they unloaded the van with great care and were constantly checking where we wanted boxes etc put in the new house. Nothing was damaged and a potentially stressful day was made a lot easier by their kindness, professionalism and good humour. We had hugs and laughs all round at the end of the day. After constant date changes due to solicitors they were so patient and accommodating, we must have changed the date 5 times. On the day the lads turned up at 8am, they loaded up two vans and then waited for us outside the new house until we could get the keys. They were amazing and so understanding.They emptied two full to the brim vans in 2 hours and didn't complain once. We were completey moved in by 4pm.
