The Light Cinema Walsall: what do users think?
ROB ALLEN: Nice comfortable seats, staff were friendly and welcoming. And the film was great. 😀
Iziegbe Asemota: Loved it, the place was nice, quite, good sound and a nice view. There's also a place to grab a few snacks and drinks
Louise Jones: Our favourite cinema! All of the staff are so lovely and I love how they give employment to people of different backgrounds and abilities. Also we love the family game nights on a Friday hosted by Ben. Food and drinks very good too and great central location.
Benjamin Parkes: Clean , friendly staff
n: Fantastic service by the guys at the counter on Sunday evening (30/4), and the guy greeting us at the entrance. Always clean, fabulous food and drinks available. Highly highly reccomend coming here!!
Robert Britten: Absolutely disgusted they are card only,, I don't believe they should reject currency of the country they work in. They should have accepted either way to pay. Will definitely not be going there again
Emma Gardner: This was our first time here. We went to see a supermario film which was brilliant. The service was great.clean facilities highly recommended a visit. Definitely will be returning
Caroline Altamirano-Syler (Nix Kaen): Came here for the first time to watch the Mario Movie with my fiance and friends. We came to an autism-friendly viewing and it was lovely for me as I tend to find the loudness of most cinemas too uncomfortable for me. We came very early and the staff was very friendly and let us know when our screen was ready.
Shellyann Bacchus: Had a great time
Emma Thomas: Nice cinema to go to with the family
Sarah Mowbray: This is a smashing cinema. Easy to book online, seats are well spaced and comfy, generally really clean and the staff are helpful.
helen walker: Best cinema experience ever
david cooper: Well maintained and clean .
Randeep: I recently visited Light Cinema to watch the release of the Metallica Album and I mus, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the place was. From the lobby to the theaters, everything was spotless and tidy. It was a pleasure to walk around without having to worry about stepping on sticky floors or picking up trash. The staff were great and greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist whenever I had a question or needed something. They went out of their way to make sure that my movie experience was comfortable and enjoyable.Overall, I had a great time Light Cinema and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and friendly movie theater. The staff truly made a difference and I appreciate their hard work in keeping the place running smoothly. Kudos to them!
Julie Lowbridge: Great place , the best seats are at the top of cinema they have arm chair seats
Kerry Ohara: Went here to watch super mario. Could be cleanner popcorn everywhere when you walk to your screen. You could smell the toliets all in the hallways and the toilets were not clean. Maybe that's why there was a smell coming from them. Seats are comfortable and spacious. No free parking which is another big cost if your buying tickets plus sweets and drinks.
Sarah: Regular visitor always make sure you pay for parking or you will be fined
Mia Walkerdine: Really liked this place. Screen 2 was large, it wasn't cold, which we do get in some cinemas. Prices standard for cinema, but seating does feel like you have decent space with drink's holders and little areas to place your popcorn etc
Dan C: Nice cinema
Alex Uk: Clean cinema and friendly staff. As with all cinemas... The price of food is crazy. Make sure you bring your own 🤣
Zoe Yarnold: Love taking my son to this cinema. I like that you choose your seat when booking. Staff are friendly and helpful

University Of Wolverhampton, Walsall Campus: what do users think?
Susan Cooper: Very good
DJ Osh: Nice little campus with green spaces, decent refectectory, library, small students' union.
Joe Nind: I do my martial art at this place, and it's a very good place to be
Zoë Rowley: If only I could give this a zero I would. Went with college thinking it might be a nice university and the teachers were nice but the two kitchen staff, a man and a women both mocked and laughed at me because I didn’t want some salad on my lunch. It is my choice what I have, but I felt so disrespected and I will definitely not be coming here ever again.
Andy Powney: Great day looking around with our daughter. Nice welcome with donuts and free hot drinks got us off to a good start. Staff tours and all info was informative and presented well from courses information to finance . The grounds and layout of the campus was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our day there and my daughter's application was sent in the post on the Monday. Our visit was Saturday 19th November 2022.
Anjorin Michael: Excellently beautiful experience. Warm reception, kind neighbours and great education
Tony O'neill: Fantastic venue
Ellen Ekanem: Very quiet, but decent facilities
Steve Holmes: Open day visit, friendly, out of town and compact, staff and students seem to love it and the facilities are great, with ample parking and activities on site.
Emeka Femi Ezekude: My place of work
George Brizell: Very nice facilities
Anees Yaquoob: Amazing
Majid: My daughter goes there , she speaks very highly of it
Julie Martin: Wow, what a venue!
OcSeT ALPHA: Car parking charge scam being implemented by the uni
maruva madamba: Superb service
Kardomah Man: Main reception building, great space.
H: Probably the best… but most challenging time of my life …many memories close to my heart…. Teachers were brilliant. I learnt so much knowledge where I now apply on a daily basis …saving lives as a paramedic.
Rich Bryant: Top place for all sport.
Debbie Croft: I work in the learning centre
Erika Nyisztor: Ewerything was good! :)

Wolverhampton University Walsall Campus: what do users think?
Andy Sanford: Great venue facilities are excellent.
Andy Wish: Exciting
Raafia Ahmed: It's a good uni
Melanie Walters: Hardly any staff about. Cafe was closed and for once didn't see anything I liked in clothes home or sale.
wake up: Nice sport centre. New and ample parking. Easy to make bookings.
Latasha Leanne Clarke: Went there for a subject tour. The young lady who took me round was fab, knowledgeable about the course and showed me all the facilities on offer. It definitely helped make my decision to apply to this Uni. Thanks!
Alan Bednall: Good service
linda froggatt: Lovely clean place went there for a bone scan very quick and easy parking very good
Omoruyi B: Nice place to play basketball, futsal football and gym facilities are good. Worth a visit.
M Rises: Overall easy access and named buildings easy to locate. Varied courses and better set up than Wolverhampton Uni in Wolverhampton that I gave a rating of 1 star. Why, because disability is considered and helped better here. Accomodation is also available, beds are not easy to sleep on or comfortable

Walsall College: what do users think?
X R: Alleged trainer, Cally Sutherland, scheduled an interview with me and never called. It's the height of rudeness, disrespect & time wasting to do that to people. Looks like I dodged a bullet with the unprofessional Walsall college, being as they don't honour appointments they make.Save yourself the time and look elsewhere to do an apprenticeship, there's absolutely plenty other, much better training providers, who don't mess people about and actually want the business.
Haroon: Whilst working under Jacqui the work experience coordinator she was a bully. Luckily I left my post after just two months.
Sabrina: Walsall College is amazing! The teachers are well educated, understanding, caring. Coming from someone who tried many courses to figure out her career path. i had the support on each course, the teachers were highly qualified, the classes were upbeat and they cared about their students and their success. The atmosphere there was sun upbeat and fun! very clean and refreshing environment, starbucks inside too which was a bonus! learnt alot from my lessons and we definitely was pushed alot. Best time ever x
Lou: I was a student at Walsall college and my experience with them has been absolutely awful. DO NOT go through them for an apprenticeship scheme. They ask you for documentation when you first start which disappears…even when I have had given it to them. There was a data breach of information where another student sat my exam… which postponed me from sitting my exam!! They will arrange to come, visit you at your work and not show up. Then blame you for it..I had 2 visits over my 2 years course with them. I would advise to go else where.
Xtra “Xtra: Xcess”: Not really the best college to apply to
Hafiz khan: Very nice college to study
Md Suhan: I had an horrible experience with enrollment manager and four of them. I never had this experience before. I'm really really disappointed about their stuff 🙁
Lea Shannon: Went for a open day today and the careers advice guy ( he was wearing a pink shirt ) was very rude to people who went over to him and didn’t seem to want to help anyone
the 666: center and has dementia. Annie tells Jack, who she thinks is his late father Raymond, that she wishes Jack would stop being angry at his father for walking out on them when he was a kid. Realizing this is the relationship that needs the most mending, he goes to visit his father's grave. Jack expends the last three leaves of the tree with the words "I forgive you". With no leaves remaining, he suffers a heart attack in a storm and appears to die. Aaron then calls Jack on his cell phone. Still alive, Jack answers his phone. Aaron tells him the tree's leaves have magically reappeared and Jack can now talk freely again.Jack and Caroline get back together, with him buying the family-friendly house Caroline had asked for, with the tree in their front yard. Although he does not get his job back (Aaron was promoted to Jack's old position), he writes a book about his experience, called A Thousand Words, and gets Aaron to make the deal. Unfortunately for Aaron, the promotion causes him to be like Jack was, thus he gets his own smaller office Bodhi Tree.
Beata Gorecka: Perfect make up, very cheap, lovely staff
Hannah Egan: Awful place
Dan Glebals: Staff members are more immature than the students even bickering with students in the corridors. They are very rude and show a lack of professionalism and care. They're just as disorganised as the students if not worse! Incredibly dissapointing, its just like school.
TT_ST ROVERZ: Bad parking
M Rises: Lecturers are good wide selection of courses, but food served in student restaurant is well below standard. Why buy in food when you have catering student and kitchens on site
Sam Eagleton: It's a great facility
Rudolf Huba: Hello from Ukraine, college top, teacher Miss Dipti, is the best
Deep Kundu: #jnankundu
Larisa D: Would never ever go there nor would recommend anyone. Some members of staff are very rude, can take you as a joke.
iodine solution: They did my boy Stackz wrong
noodleweedlive: Walked in. Saw Chris. Day ruined
Kareem S: Security doesn't let Muslims into prayer room without taking id numbers. we have to wait 10 minutes each time. Pathetic.

Vue Cinemas Birmingham: what do users think?
Noreen Raja: Very good place for movie 🍿🎥
maaz shami: We wached john wick chapter 4
fokruz zaman: Best cinema, food is pricey hence why tickets are cheap, wonderful experience, staff are friendly, it's clean, you can watch a film in comfort and uninterrupted in a nice place l.
Rebecca Liq: Not an experience I enjoyed but each to their own. It's expensive enough to go to the cinema without finding you've been allocated dirty grimy seats and staff not cleaned properly after the last showing. The money they make there is definitely no excuse for Grime
Faiz Kazi: Had a very bad experience. Watched pathan movie in Coventry with kids but now allowed to watch kisi ka bhai kisi ki jaan featuring Salman khan. The security officer himself accepted and agreed that it's 12/ua and he doesn't understand why they put 15 rating. We all had to leave the cinema
Dave Clifton: Cheap and cheerful.
Salim Ahmed: The only reason I like Vue cinema is the price of the tickets, however recently the standards have been low. We came into start a film and it was a complete mess!
S. A.: I always spend quality time whenever here at star city, such a good game area and convenient for entertainment, play snooker, bowling, arcade and catch up with movies... brings back the memories 👍🏼
Showbiz photography and videography: Rubbish!!!Went there to watch a film, people were fighting, talking on there phones in the big screen rooms. Couldn't even watch the film properly.I called the security guards. They didn't do anything.Called customer services and was told that they were unable to do anything. Disgusting. Don't go there with you kids.
Kimberley Kimbo Kings: Always love visiting here there is a good number of screens
Amy Akhtar: It’s a decent cinema and the snacks are nice but kind of expensive. The reason why I’m only giving 3 starts is because of the lady who served me at the box office part today, she didn’t know how to use the Vue app and it was as if she couldn’t see there was 4 tickets saved on there not 1. It was frustrating, please train your staff on how to use the app otherwise what’s the point of it!
David Obeirne: Fantastic cinema Great value and a fabulous choice of films
Akinsowon Peter-Thomas: Comfy seats and great screens. My son lived watching Mario here.
Choudhary Ahsan: Nice
Only The truth (Only the truth): Vue Cinemas is a cheap and cheerful cinema. However, they need to be cleaned thoroughly… it’s a sticky mess on the floor and seats! But because of the price and the location I will give it four stars
M Starr: My favourite cinema. Loads to do before or after films
Rachael Danks: Went there today, was organized chaos! One entrance into the cinema, two members of staff to scan you in, one too busy talking to their friends and one lady who was rushing around. The actual screen where we saw the movie was filthy, there was still rubbish and food still all over the floor. No point booking your seats as people just sit where the hell they want. The toilets were filthy, a mop left in the middle of the floor. Then when you went to wash your hands the water was burning hot! Will definitely not being going there again, and will be telling family and friends to stay away from such a dump of a cinema!
Natasha Gillick: Good value tickets
Aniyah Hasan: I went to Vue last time and I'm going again! This cinema is probably 1 of the best cinemas in Birmingham. I never took any pictures but if you check the other reveiws with picture you'll defenetly want to go some day
Mandy: We like it here, nice and clean and a good variety of films at different times to make it easier, but the prices are way too high for what you get, no choice in the meat you get for the hot dogs, the staff are always rude and the queues are always huge. Saves travelling somewhere else further away though.
Diane Greenhill: Lovely clean cinema, reclining seats are very comfortable

Showcase Cinema Dudley: what do users think?
Mark Fellows: Easy access, quiet, to enjoy a film midweek
Natalie Harper: Nice cinema. Good choice of food and drinks inside. The gallery upstairs with the sofas, snacks and bar is a nice touch
Mark Lounds: Good service.
Lee Smith: Been going here for some time now, always great food and drink, nice atmosphere too, the screens are always clean and the staff are friendly
Ryan Nicholls: Decent cinema used it for years but they don't do 4dx screens which is a real shame!!!!
Lisa: Friendly staff
Gary Walker: As always, food and drinks are way too expensive
Ellie Hurst: Great. A cinema with staff not just rows of ticket machines. Friendly and chatty ticket booth staff who were happy to talk about films whilst being very efficient. What a difference the human touch makes. Toilets clean, seats comfy and temperature just right. Nice one, Showcase. Nice team there.
Nee ee: Nice cinema and seats. Good screens and snacks
Neil: Good cinema experience, cinema was clean and tidy, sadly very overpriced (as all cinemas are). Just 5 people in screen to watch a popular film a week after release. No wonder some companies are in trouble.
Dave Fisher: Good experience, friendly staff, snacks avaliable at a higher price. Viewing experience is good, great audio and picture, seats could do with an upgrade but it's still worth going.
LisaMarie Luke: Comfortable
Theresa Crawford: Lovely cinema, easy to park. Very clean inside the cinema and staff very nice.
Esme Malpass: Insider card has its uses
Malcolm Hart: It's a good cinema. 🤷‍♂️
Sukhie Dhesi: Seats need a good clean and upgrade. The surround sound could be better also.Like that you have a Costa coffee but not that you can't use your Costa card to collect points etc.Join up as an insider. On a Sunday you can get your tickets for £7.50 after 7pm and all day Mondays.
K: Love visiting, but seats need replacing and prices need lowering to rival odeon/ the light
Sati Bhogal: Good, clean with decent screens (especially xPlus) and sound. Bonus is having a beer while you watch the film.
Letitia Adams: Always a lovely experience when we visit, staff are friendly and helpful and venue is always clean
Alana Foley-Evans: Been my local cinema forever, never had any problems, lots of toilets, lots of parking (extra at rear) and surrounded by lots of food places
Dave Smart: Fantastic place to go watch a film!

Electric Palace Picture House: what do users think?
Kasper Hansen: Very nice local cinema. Good price too.
Jonathon bishop: They don't even let you take your own food in unless you have it in a back pack.
Anthony Edgington: Great independent cinema, friendly service and excellent value.
Sophie Thompson: Absolutely horrendous, no manners, racially profiled from the beginning, I have a disability that affects my digestive system, popped in to use the toilet, was approached from behind by a lady shouting at me”where am I going!!” I told her to use the toilet, she instantly responded “they are for customers only” I then proceeded to enlighten her of my disability to which she said “I’m sorry they are for customers only” disgusting, absolutely appalling the lady was white with brown curly hair and glasses. I’ve been discriminated against not just for my toilet needs but also for my race, action needs to be taken against this women
michael: Good experience
James: I've been coming here since I was a kid in the early 90s. Good to still it's still going and to take my kids to watch films. Reasonably priced, friendly staff.
Mike Walsh: For the price you really can't complain about anything. Lovely independent cinema. A little rough around the edges but half the price of the major chains. Will come back again, me and my son loved our viewing experience, easy parking, friendly staff. Wonderful
Lisa Harrison: Very good value..but please put on some heating as it was freezing cold in the theatre.
Samantha Varns: Loved the big seats in the gallery, shame no direct parking near by
Richard Cartwright: Watched man called Otto sat on sofa good value for money would go again
Pam Turner: Very cold, shame because its a great independent cinema a rare find these days
Laura Brown: Really friendly staff! We were made to feel welcome right from the start.Snacks were great. I recommend their crispy crisps; they were very tasty!!!
hexagonal hair: Nice friendly staff, not the most glamorous cinema around but the price makes up for it. Handy carpark and shops for goodies to take in.
ian Thomson: Really enjoyable cinema warm and cosy watched Avatar ..less than half price of Stafford..spent on takeaway !!..definitely go again
Steven Rogers: Great little cinema good value for money and the only on that had the film I wanted to see at a time I could see it
Rob Slack: Great old school cinema, very good prices
Lee Gallear: Lovely little home town Cinema
chris sargeant: Clean, tidy, old but would rather go here than to the big places where they charge a fortune, we went on meerkat movies cost £7.20 for 2 adults plus parking is refunded as a voucher. Highly recommended
Martin: Great place to go watch films and not a bad price to get in staff friendly and helpfull food sweets and drinks e.t c

ODEON West Bromwich: what do users think?
Hello 123 (Shaz): Great service by a young lady called Gina she went far and beyond with her excellent customer service
R Kumari: This cinema is probably more ideal for children rather than adults, as it is very basic with only five screens, very average quality of cinema screening rooms and seats etc. More importantly, I paid £20.90 for two premier seats and they were no different to the standard seats. The only difference was the premier seats are situated at the rear of the screening room and all standard seats towards the front and middle. You do have the option of booking online, which would allow you to check prices and seating prior to arriving. I would only really recommend if you are local (or in the area) and wish to watch a film that is being screened.I would not recommend paying extra for the premier seats unless you have an absolute desire to sit in the back two rows. I was very disappointed and ended up moving to standard seats anyway (consequently wasting the extra money I had paid) - as it was less congested on the standard seats. In fact the standard seats were empty and the irony is - they were exactly the same as the premier seats, with the exception of where they were situated. Ok, rant over! This cinema could do with a little improving as staff were also not very professional in the sense that, premier seats were booked for me before I had even asked for them. I ordered a prosecco - which was room temperature and they offered to put ice into the drink. I politely declined but realised - this was not due to a bad attitude but due to inexperienced staff.Prices are as would be expected in a cinema. I understand that there are offers for discounted tickets online. However overall, I do believe more money and attention could have been put into this cinema. It is in a very popular town which is central to two major cities and they have placed the most basic of cinema's there. As mentioned earlier will more likely satisfy children or people who are not fussy at all and are happy to simply watch a film with minimal comfort and customer service.
Jagjit Johal: Easy parking, great value, clean, polite staff
Jagtar Sandhu: Good
Margaret Hackett: Went to watch SuperMario film for the second time. Staff welcomed us and told us which screen and seats we were in. Went in to watch the film and was quite surprised that there weren't many people in there. Film was fantastic, and staff didn't rush us out at the end as we always stay to watch the credits. Would defo recommend this cinema if you are local. Toilets were clean and well maintained.
James Cattell: Great place
Graham Seager: A fine cinema but too many screens wasted on Indian films instead of quality movies.
Susan Wright: Lovely intimate little cinema.. always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. In an ideal location for buses, tram or car parking.
helen blanton: We were helped with our tickets and with purchasing ice cream by a lovely person called Amoy. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very happy in his work, he even showed us where our s reen was. He made the visit a breeze. The seats were very comfortable and had lots of legroom. All in all a great venue
Mohit Panchal: Staff are great, cinema is nice and clean, but sadly there are a lot of rude and selfish teenagers who talk during movies and use their phones particularly at this cinema, and staff sadly don't, or maybe cannot, do anything. Visited here multiple times and always the same issue. I feel bad for the staff as they themselves are teenagers, and they get sweared at by these selfish kids when told off. I was watching a movie with an age rating of 18, and yet there was a kid behind me, barely 13, so it seems there is a lot of screen hopping happening here. Managers need to step up their game, and not send young staff to handle these issues.
Jas Kaur: This was my first time experience at the West Bromwich Odeon with my partner. I highly recommend the place. All staff were very helpful and very friendly. Not forgetting the food was also very delicious.
Lexicon “Lexicon”: Great cinema really good experience watching John wick
Steve Downes: Open on Easter Sunday worth visiting more because of that. Clean visit simple once you order the tickets and food online
Shannon Keyte: What a cute little gem of a cinema! Staff are so friendly too! Feel well looked after, glad this is now our regular visit!
Szabina Kovàcs: They behaved very discriminatory with my husband.
Omar Kinteh: Customer service is excellent
S N: Not good not clear they make you book online then not allowing my child to come with first when you book the tickets should be clear not great!!!!@
Lukasz Korcz: Very friendly staff and Helpfull. No problems at all
Emma: Nice small quiet cinema. New Square shopping centre is next to it which has a a couple of restaurants.
Raj Patel: Generally good, not so sure scanning people in at the door and only having a single person doing that. Someone just has to have a slow phone and you have 2 sets of two or more backed up and getting impatient. Seeing these people have already paid and just want access to the theatre/movie they came in to see.At the front of the cinema screen 1, about 30 mins in the air con kicks in and blows down and over you, strange for a late movie in Feb. Sat in coat zipped up.Good seats, great sound and would return, but just minor things that need to get better,
