For the third time you have had my wheelchair for replacement batteries and a service and what a service. It is a great pity that not all companies are effierceint, helpful, polite. The people i speak to seem to enjoy their jobs and it reflect in the way tnalk with the customer. The tone of the person voice you can almost the helpfulness. Paul Sharpe: Fantastic shop for mobility aids. Hired a wheelchair short term after daughter has foot operation. Was great price to rent and very professional and friendly. Lots of other mobility aids and walkers / chairs/ electric scooters here. Nothing to much trouble.Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌 😀

Vicky Mills: Went in today to look at wheelchairs for my mom.Was served by Mark & Daniel who were very knowledgeable,there was no pressure at all to buy.Mark let me try out two different wheelchairs on different surfaces which helped me decide on the chair I wanted.Excellent customer service and lovely guys.Thank You.
Lisa Gayle: Visited the store with my son, not entirely sure what would be best for my needs. Mark took his time with us, explaining the differences between scooter and power chair, insisting I try each and answering all our questions. Very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend.
ItsHinz: Went there today with my dad. He has been after a mobility scooter and everywhere was so expensive. We spoke to Jake. Who was helping my dad. My dad was very happy and order the scooter he wanted. 2 hours later was given a date for delivery. My dad only has to wait for 4 days. Great place

Raymond Foster: Had problems with powerchair the engineer was very polite, helpful,and did everything he could to put right, but it was suggested to take powerchair into shop,were we met mark who we found him to be so helpful and obliging, and although he was in a lot of pain with his back, he took all the time that was needed to rectify the problem, and we are so grateful to him and his team to have cured the problem, would recommend him and his staff to anyone to not hesitate to use easy living walsall. SA: My mother's front left wheel was out of alignment and needed fixing. As I purchased the wheelchair from another company online, I was unable to send it back to the warehouse for repairs within warranty and came across Ideas in Action. They were very friendly and had availability to fix the wheelchair within 24 hours.. As I had the replacement parts sent over to me by the online company this company only charged me for labour. I would recommend them and use their service again in the future.

The gentleman who called out to quote was professional but very helpful and the two engineers who fitted the stairlift today were excellent They were quiet workers and left the whole place clean and tidy. The fitting was done in a shorter time than I expected.

Caroline Ross: We have been trying for several years to get an electric attendant assisted wheelchair as my sister is unable to operate herself. We sent an enquiry Sunday night, we got a phone call Monday morning. We were told they had a reconditioned one if we didn’t want new. Without a deposit they held it for the week as we had to drive from Norfolk to the showroom in Birmingham. Great service, very knowledgeable and all round nice company to do business with. Thank you

They had there first stair lift 14 years ago from you and there isnt anything thats too much trouble, when asking for help when there is a break down or servicing on the stair lift this has always been done efficiantly and of a high standard. we recently had a new stair lift fitted by Robbie, he was pleasent, effeciant, explained the product very well and cleaned up after himself, we are very pleased and would always reccomend Ideas in action by Stechford mobility they are amazing.Thanks guys.....

karen: Went in today as need to up grade my scooter. Was helped by Martin. He was very knowledgeable, gave my an honest opinion about the scooters they have and also ones to avoid due to issues with parts if needed. There was no pushing to buy a scooter and he let me sit on everyone I was interested in, 5 in total. Now just need to make up my mind and will definitely be buying it from them as came away with great confidence in the company
