E Webster: Had such a wonderful experience in Tiffany’s today. We went in to purchase a necklace for my daughter for Christmas & got served by Tom. He was so attentive, he didn’t rush us & made sure my daughter was happy with her choice. He was so friendly and warm, made the whole experience magical and even brought some Christmas magic back to my 14 year old. Felt like we’d had a lovely experience rather than just making a purchase. Krish welcomed us into the shop and his service from start to finish was amazing, he explained how he would size the ring and how to look after it and we never felt rushed throughout the whole experience even though other customers were waiting. Having visited several shops in the JQ, we found Krish and his guys to be extremely helpful and personable from the moment we arrived. We told him what we were looking for, our budget, style etc. He then asked us to come back again the following week, and he had six different diamonds for us to choose from which was amazing! He spent ages with us, explained how they varied in colour, cut, clarity etc so we could choose our own. This was amazing service! He told us our ring would be ready in two weeks. He actually got it ready early so my fiance could surprise me for my birthday! I would highly recommend Krish and his team. They also include free cleaning each year.
