There are so professional and a true asset to the CompanyAs for the staff member Zobia at the checkouts, she needs some serious training. Zobia ripped a customers bag at the checkouts, and when the customer politely put her items into a replacement tbag, Zobia threatened the customer that if she did not pay another 10p that she would get her arrested. I saw the lady in the street once she left the shop, she was in floods of tears as she was so scared she was going to be arrested, I think the poor lady suffered from mental health as she said she hadnt been out in 3 months and just wanted to try and make the effort.. Its played on my mind since... I hope the lady is okay bless her

Rupinder Dosanjh: I booked my daughter's 11th birthday at Lush Birmingham and I can not recommend the store enough! Amanda and Lana, in particular, deserve a huge shoutout! Their personal touch made the whole experience so much fun. They were incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. Honestly, their enthusiasm for Lush products was so contagious, I left wanting to work there myself! It was also good to learn that Lush offer spa treatments, something I was never aware of before. Although booked for a 11th birthday, I defo would say this would be ideal for adults too. For a birthday party the price is a little high but having experienced it now I believe it was worth the money. Thank you, Lush Birmingham, Amanda, and Lana, for making my daughter's birthday truly unforgettable!

Remembering that when I went there it was a really pleasent experienced I enjoyed, I love the product I acquired and I’ll almost crave to recreate that experience. Amazing

He was bubbly, friendly and professional - actually now l think about it those the traits of a bath bomb. 😁He was Lush through and through and a great ambassador of the brand!My daughter and l came in to check something but ended up buying all these bath bombs instead of Easter eggs. 😆 Kyle told us that we could make our own bath bomb which we did. We made a magic rabbit. It was great to see how they are actually made.We had such an unexpected awesome time. There was an Easter treasure hunt around the shop which was fun too.Kyle is very talented and l hope the People team and Marketing team at Lush see and use his creative ideas that kept us happy and spending in the shop. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are considering having my daughters birthday party here.

After a series of e mails and failed attempts to find a status of the order … my luck changed today when I decided to contact the store at Solihull !!!! This is where Michael answered the call and went above and beyond to return my faith towards Lush !!He contacted customer services for me to ask if he would be able to process my order from the store in Solihull & cancel my online order. He called me back within 30 minutes to confirm that he could complete this for me & also arrange the delivery, what a star ⭐️He really has been my superstar today & I want to thank him so much for all his help.
