Ishy Shah: I purchased a Michael kors watch for my daughter. After going to many high street shops, I was told only T H Baker could shorten the bracelet. Once inside the shop we were treated like Gold. I've had many watch bracelets adjusted before in many shops, but this felt different, the way in which the staff came across was an amazing experience for me. I drove almost 20 miles again today to have my citizen bracelet adjusted and and there it was again that same feeling 🤗Also an amazing shop, full of unique and amazing jewelry for all your needs.

Belinda Allsop-Buckler: I can't tell you just how impressed I am with Bowjangles in Wednesbury. Had a small amount of jewellery to sell following a death. Phil & Jason were so welcoming. Jason totally amazed me on his ability to spot the tiniest bit of gold in amongst bag of costume jewellery. He also recognised a piece of gold that another jeweller had said wasn't gold!! Excellent rate paid £17.25 per gram 9ct as opposed to £14 from other jeweller. Super friendly and simply just good old fashioned 'helpful'. Phil also recommended someone that may be able to value some house contents so we don't inadvertently dispose of a valuable heirloom. Thoroughly recommend.Thanks guys 👍
