tracy bennett: We have used Meditelle for a few years now for Dental Chairs. The recovering service is excellent. Always easy and straight forward to book. Helpful team at the end of the phone. The engineer they sent to practice is knowledgeable and efficient, simply gets on with the work. He is friendly, cheerful and polite which is great when you have patients around the building. Recommend Meditelle to anyone needing a chair recovering.

Calum Fraser: arrived last week and instantly my neck, shoulders and back feel more supported and relaxed. I was having ongoing neck and shoulder problems. The only issue I have had is with the height range as it doesn't go low enough for examining smaller patients, although I can raise the examination chair. When I contacted Meditelle by email they responded straight away and are going to send out a new part, even though I think it may have been my mistake in ordering. Great product, great customer services. I have been raving to my patients about the new chair.

Peter Walker: I contacted Meditelle after doing some careful research to place an order for a seat for my workroom “You don’t want that” said Ian, “this is what you want.” So I ordered a saddle seat with adjustable height and tilt. It is absolutely fabulous, the quality and finish are superb. I use it all day, hopping on and off, gliding to different areas and working at different heights. It’s also very satisfying to know it’s made in Birmingham. Well done Meditelle and thanks a million.

L K: Well I haven't experienced this level of excellent customer service in a long time.I went to pick up 18 packs of floor tiles and 8 packs of wall tiles. Two lovely gentlemen checked stock levels, loaded up my trolley, pushed the VERY heavy trolley and loaded up my car for two trips.There were some tiles not in stock. They used their initiative and called another store manager who was coming to the Chester Rd branch the next day.Thank you very much guys, really appreciated the kind service.

Kevin J Bradley: The nearest Homebase to where I live and not that many to choose from store looks a little dated now and can be rather expensive for some items. But non the less if you want to avoid the crowds and queues and the other well known big name diy store then it’s a good alternative with easy access and plenty of parking.
R. Bennett: Homebase in Oldbury is a great shop if you are looking for DIY stuff. But, not only that, there's plants, flowers, mugs, light-fittings, ceramics and furniture. The only thing that lets it down is, no public toilets. Otherwise it's a good shop to visit.
