Moira Bernie gatt: This is a family run business owned by two brothers- Richard and Tony. I’ve been chatting with them both over past couple of weeks and they have been superb. Both really patient and knowledgable. Neither of them gave me and waffle or tried to sell me anything. I felt totally confident in what they said because I did my research before speaking to them and both came up trumps.Prices are very competitive. They seem to try to have a good range of sewing machines, surgers and cover stitch machines to meet a range of budgets. They are accommodating and responsive. I took ownership of 3 new machines today and Tony set up and VERY PATIENTLY demonstrated all 3 brilliantly. I’m SOOOO pleased with my set up now and know that they will give me years of pleasure so a very big THANKYOU Tony and Richard. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

And you can ring them to speak to somebody as well. They are very helpful and polite. My machine arrived within 24 hours, and was exactly as described. I have a great machine at a great price. There were videos that talked you through how to wind the bobbin, and thread the main thread. The machine is perfect for me. Great company with great customer service and great products. Yvonne Slater: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEI bought an ex demo sewing machine on line, which was delivered free the next day. Unfortunately it wouldn't sew. As I live quite near, I suggested that I take the machine back and they would check it out and give me a demo if it was me doing something wrong. When I got there, they had a leaking roof and staff absence but I was greeted warmly and shown into their office. Within 15 minutes I was on the way home with a brand new machine which was even carried to my car. I even received a lovely follow-up email from them . I couldn't recommend the gentleman and their customer service enough.
