Georgina Winmill: I booked an appointment today to find a dress for my wedding in June 2022. Firstly, the store was easy to find and had a car park right outside which was really convenient. I attended with my Nana, mom and sister in law and we all had a great experience today. The appointment was really well organised and the owner was able to give me his full attention and gave helpful advice regarding what I was looking for. There was a good selection of dresses and I was given a big enough time slot that I was free to try on all the dresses I wanted. There was a great selection of sizes and dresses for any budget with the option to order in a different size for many dresses if the ones in store were not quite the right fit. I was nervous about finding a dress in budget but managed to find a big selection of ones I liked within the store and left with one I loved. I would recommend this store to any bride looking for her dream dress. The highlight of my visit was the customer service as I really felt like the owner cared about finding the perfect dress for me and was passionate about his business.

Emma Costello: Amazing staff, I must have tried on at least 10 dresses today, nothing was too much trouble, I was given honest opinions on which dresses suited my figure, with the help of the staff I had an amazing deal on the price of my dress, they weren't in it for the money and sold me a dress that was alot less expensive than some of the others I'd tried on, would definitely recommend any bride to be to visit this place before spending lots of money anywhere else, Thank you so much wedding dress retail outlet x

The dresses are beautiful and I managed to walk away same day with a magical dress, I didnt expect to ever suite me as a plus size woman. Its hard to find a dress that flatters and slims at the same time and my dress did this.The staff here take time to help you with your dress and you are not obliged to buy anything and dont feel the pressure to either. Lyndon help to me make my day more special by buying offering me my dress off the peg. I cried as it was too beautiful to leave behind and my sisters loved me in it. I LOVED MYSELF IN IT. My dress is worth 2 grand you wouldn't believe the price I walked away with it for. Go check it out take your time and enjoy the experience I did. Lyndon also offered me recommendations for professionals who did adjustments. They go the extra mile. 5 stars

Jenny Downton: I brought my wedding dress from this bridal shop back in May 2018. I got married July 2019. The gentleman who owns the shop is fantastic. He just let me and my friends get on with looking. There was no hard sell. The prices are a bargain. I had a prinsess ball gown it should of been £3000 it only cost me £599. The dress is beautiful. I recommend this outlet to anyone who is looking for a dress at bargain prices and good quality. There are hundreds of dresses to choose from.

I got shown to the appropriate dresses for my size which is refreshing as a slightly bigger girl shopping has been a struggle! I chose a few dresses that I liked the look of and Chelsea took me through to the dressing rooms when it was my turn and helped me into each dress, when they were a little snug she just went a got a size up and didn't make it into a big thing. She made me feel very special, we had a good giggle and she even held up my phone so my mum could see what I was trying! I felt so special and didn't feel like the big girl trying on little dresses! I bought my daughter’s bridesmaid dress and my wedding dress .. loads of dresses to choose from .. I loved Kayleigh’s first choice and I said “yes to the dress”! Everyone in the shop made me feel so special, we had some bubbles and celebrated and we used all of the props for photos

Abbie Bant: Prior to my appointment I was called my Kayleigh, to introduce herself to me before my appointment and discuss any questions I may have! Kayleigh and the rest of the team made myself and bridal party, mum, mother in law and maid of honour feel so welcome! Kayleigh and the lady supporting were amazing, made sure they knew who everyone was and had even researched my venue prior to me arriving for my appointment! Really spent time getting to know me, the vibe for the wedding and likes and dislikes and also reassuring me that I could arrange a second appointment with her to bring my Nan if I found the one as unfortunately she couldn’t make it!Kayleigh really listening to me throughout the whole appointment, wasn’t pushing and gave me time to really be sure it was the one! Before having that special ‘yes to the dress moment’ - loads of photo opportunities available, a goodie bag and the option to pick an item of merchandise too!Have received photos since my trip that were also taken! Couldn’t recommend this bridal shop enough!!

Beth Evans: I can’t recommend Wedding Belles enough! I decided to visit Wedding Belles to start my Wedding dress hunt! I was booked in with Kate who is incredible at her job. From the minute we arrived she put me at ease. She took interest in knowing my bridal story so far and wanted to know all the details . I didn’t know what to expect been as I had never had this experience before and I kind of dreaded trying on lots of dresses which I knew wouldn’t probably be my size.As soon as I stepped into the gorgeous suite and started getting into those dresses I felt completely at ease. Kate listened to what I said about every dress she put me in and knew which dress we would try next. Unfortunately I was so indecisive and didn’t know what I wanted I didn’t say yes to a dress on that occasion. I revisited a month later and Kate met with me again. The first dress she put me in was the one and I knew it as soon as I saw myself in the mirror. My mom and maid of honour who were also there felt the same. You always hear people say ‘when you know you know’ and as soon as I saw that dress I just knew. Thankyou so much to everyone at Wedding Belles especially Kate who helped me on this journey. I loved everytime I went back to try my dress on for alterations to picking it up after the big day when it had been cleaned by them. Tracey made time for me and managed to squeeze me so I could try dresses on for my big day. I was nervous due to my weight and size as I’m quite body conscious but Tracey reassured me wonderfully and was very supportive of me and every choice I made. I initially only went to get a feel of what style of dress I would like, and after a few dresses I had picked I had 3 to choose from overall. Tracey suggested a mystery dress that she had chosen herself based off my likings and preferences and i instantly fell in love the second it was on. I felt beautiful, like a princess, and couldn’t believe my eyes. I said yes to the dress! Tracey was absolutely wonderful, she was king and compassionate and we had a great laugh. Jennifer Leigh: Visited this shop just to have a look at their dresses and get an idea of prices so I could work out my budget. Whilst there Gill told me someone had cancelled an appointment so I was able to try on some dresses, which would give me a better idea of what style I'd like. I wasn't at all prepared to do so, but Gill made me feel both relaxed and excited, asking me what kind of style I was looking for and and what I did and didn't like. She encouraged me to try on one that wasn't my ideal dress and I actually loved it, but then another dress I tried on I completely fell in love with. Gill was lovely throughout my visit and Abi, the owner, was lovely too.They explained all about the seamstress fittings and after paying my deposit for my dress, gave me a cute blue organza bag with a sixpence for good luck and something blue. They also gave me an information sheet, discount voucher for dress cleaning and business cards for seamstresses and bridal hair.I was buzzing for the rest of the day after such a lovely visit to this shop and finding my dream dress. She had a different dress in mind but spent all of half an hour in the shop before finding her dream dress that she feel in love with. The lady who assisted was lovely, welcoming and very helpful. An overall excellent experience. Would highly recommend and they have a wide variety of dresses to choose from

Molly Rogers: Yesterday was my first day trying wedding dresses on and lula ann bridal was my first shop! Safe to say I left so happy and excited as I bought my wedding dress!!! I felt like such a princess and I was so happy with the service off Rosie and Tina, they were so friendly and lovely, nothing was too much for them at all. I can’t really put into words how happy I am with my dress and the service at the shop! If your thinking of buying your wedding dress or even just trying them on you will not be disappointed ♥️

Yasmin: I came here looking for my wedding dress after it was recommended to me by a colleague. I drove over 2 hours but the lady who served me was just so rude. I asked to see a certain type of dress but she acted as if I should only try 1 or 2 dresses and then just buy it. I actually told her I wanted to see more dresses and she actually told me that 4 dresses is the max anyone should ever try. I left the shop. Honestly felt like she was not interested. Dont waste your time or money

But I would like to thank the staff who are all working extremely hard with all smiles and making other brides and bridesmaids their dream come true. Massive thank you to Ella who helped me find my Bridal dress! It was the first Bridal shop I walked into and the 2nd dress we went with. A wonderful experience. We celebrated by ringing the wedding bells 💕 Another shining star was Rita, I went for my Bridal fitting alone and she was very warm, friendly and professional, she listened to everything and we even had some interesting conversations. Last but not least, a lady whose name I didn’t quite catch, she has blonde hair in a claw clip, tall and could even touch her toes standing straight! She made sure my bridesmaids were walking out happy. Thank you all!

Leanne helped me with lots of different dresses and was really helpful with choosing and being honest. She was great at sorting out sizes and styles. Found a designer dress at not designer prices.

Jan F: Vaishali, our assistant was AMAZING! Such a lovely friendly girl. We had so much fun together and she was really great at helping us to make the right decisions. I bought a beautiful wedding dress and my daughter got a gorgeous bridesmaids dress. It's such a shame they are closing down because it's a brilliant place to go for occasion dresses. Easy to get to and a fantastic range. Plus you know you have quality rather than run the risk and stress of buying online from overseas when, if your package actually does turn up you cant return for refund easily. Somebody should buy into and save this wonderful business.
