I had previously been to other watch shops stocking Omega in Birmingham city centre, but, i left after looking with a feeling of, i was not spending enough for them.Therefore, i went strainght to the Omega boutique, and met Laura, and the team. Laura showed me various combinations of the Seamaster, the history & knowledge of the brand Omega, the history & knowledge of Bond films, and Omega watches.There was no pressure to buy, eventually i bought on my third visit, as i knew i was a valued customer without spending a penny. So in the end, i was very fortunate and so pleased with my Diver 300, that i was fortunate to buy another one, and more recently an amazing Aqua Terre. These were all made possible by the patience, knowledge , and exsperience of Laura, and the team memebers. Thank you Laura, and the team , i would highly recomend to anyone, and the watches are amazing.

I emailed the store on the off chance that they had one and Lewis replied within the hour to inform me that they did. Fast forward two hours and I'm sat in the boutique having the strap sized. Lewis's product knowledge was second to none and the service was impeccable. He also threw in a NATO strap for the Seamaster I was wearing.As for the Aqua Terra, my daughter described it as "The nicest watch you've bought yet"I'm going to start saving for the next one!
