Holland & Barrett: what do users think?
P: Lovely friendly staff :)
Christine Middleton: Couldn't find what I was after, girl was helpful, but they have stopped doing what I was after
Farhad Hasan: Store assistant: June @ Walsall branch . June has an aura of an angel. She is highly qualified in the field of customer service and herbal remedies. As a regular customer of H&B June is my shining star- out of all my experiences at H&B June reflects as an outstanding person who is very knowledgable, and compassionate. I request that the organisation awards her for her skills, knowledge and persona- you may reach out to me fo further details. June- you are an asset to the organisation and a stupendous human. Thanks a million.
Brenda Jephcott: Helpful staff with good advice. Thanks to June.
Claire Tullo: No where near enough vegan foods stocked as every time we go in there is practically nothing left. The absolutely gorgeous porkless pies have been discontinued which is a real shame as many people loved these. Also it's very expensive.
M Rises: Plenty of products on offer, some help and advice if required. Pitty its almost by two products to get a reasonble deal, I.E buy one get one free almost? Why not reduce price and get more footfall?
philip powers: Great place for organic and vegan foods. Vitamins and ointments and drinks. Oils and pills. I used to buy their Xmas pudding before I had diabetes and now even fruit is high in sugar so I have to do with out. I have brought Purdies vitamin health drink and other supplements over the years and I still visit our nearest store occasionally nowadays.
Vicky Salt: Great place to buy organic beauty products and food too
Braderz Aidil: Yes

Tesco Extra: what do users think?
Jay Bennett Restoration: 6.45 and the toilets are closed. Absolute disgrace
Adam Hemingway: Open till 12 but close the street access doors at 11. Shouldn't have to walk all the way round the store to access through the car park.Update- travelator has been broken for around 6 weeks, still no sign its getting fixed, only alternative is the lift or the stairs that they never seem to open. Seems like they don't care about their customers. Won't be shoppin here again.
Delcia: Good
varun sharma: amazing halloumi burger with avacado dip
Terry Albion: Ok shop, but upwards escalator always seems to be broke, so if cant use stairs expect long queues at the lifts, Saturday escalators and self service tills broke, queues were horrendous ☹
The invisible Man: What started as a convenient trader has steadily declined in stock availability and quality. The town would be better off without it at this point.
Quincy3358: Trolley self serve closed, scan as you shop closed. Long waiting
Apo Mohammed: no comment, everyone can see how expensive Tesco now, compared to other supermarket ?
john weeks: Lots of vegan options. I also got a full breakfast for 7£ and a haircut for 20£
Roger Mead: Went to the Tesco garage 3 am as online said that they was 24 hours and when I got there they was closed I walked 35 minutes the main store is great but the garage is usless
amanda wright: I pre ordered some food to click and collect on 23rd from Tesco Extra, Walsall. I received a phone call prior to my collection to say that part of my order could not be found. Very disappointed, but early evening I received another call from a lovely man called Phil. He was concerned that I had not received my goods so he went above and beyond delivering to my door at 8.45pm. Superb customer service, thank you it is really appreciated.
Kayleigh Malin: I brought a lettuce bag the other day I been eating it and I ate it again and there a bloody catapilla in my lettuce and I didn’t even know till today I been having bad bellyache all day never shopping there for salad again terrible
William Sankey: Very very busy and only 1 person serving drinks and food and there toilets are a disgraceful
aiga razudalkina: Till service is terrible!to many self scan tills!and if you park upstair car park be ready they can close shutter even cars is there!
Janet Sharman: I have just made the mistake of shopping in this store before 10am. When it came to paying there wasn't a single till open and a massive queue for self service, when I commented to a member of staff they said no staff but at least 10 were doing online shopping. That seems to be more important to them!
TONY ADAMS: V good
Ben Dawson: Small shop petrol station
Paul Davenport: Not selling dvd ,or CDs anymore
Tony Shinh: They’ve got no donuts😐
icy haze: Closes at 12am but locks every door at 10pm without any warning to public apart from the car entrance which is an extreme health and safety hazard!!!!!

Sainsbury's: what do users think?
Julie Watkins: Lovely staff always help you if needed.
Gunārs Leja: Nice shop. In fact there is different goods and products of course if you now what you want.
Louise Jones: Don’t go here in the evening. In their “wisdom,” they’ve decided to close the tills in the evening and just have self service open. I didn’t realise this and had to put a full trolley through the self service tills even though there were several members of staff standing round chatting to each other. Trying to modify customer behaviour this way is not acceptable and I’ll be voting with my feet and shopping at another supermarket where they have actual human beings on the checkouts.
Prinny 87: The plant section 😍 can never walk past.
Sara Smith: Great produce and things you didn't know you needed.
Anthony Roberts: Best thing about sainsburys is jam 🍩 nuts price is reasonable
Paul Spooner: Great store. Never too busy
Aaron Woolley: Good cooked chicken
Catherine Bevington: Easy parking, clean store well presented items clear signage. Helpful staff
Stuart Cattell: Friendly staff and good selection of items including an in-store Argos. Update Apr 2023, the Lloyds Pharmacy is closing down.
Taz K: Some very good deals!
Andy Raven: Another supermarket that is no different to any other.
Tracey Gnosill: Great local store
Jon Wells: Everything you need in one shop
Shaun Of The Dead: Super friendly and assistive staff.. also well stocked and incredibly clean.
Jodie Ankrett: Good 👍
Craig hill: Dunno what's happend to this pace
Brittany Beth: Totally honest opinions / comments - This is my families local superstore so we've always shopped here. I do like it here and I do still shop here however, over my lifetime, I've seen numerous things that have changed. Staff are no longer keeping the shelves stacked (they let the shelves empty without restocking until completely empty).A large amount of the Vegetarian / Vegan produce are no longer being sold here which is incredibly disappointing and frustrating as there's no variety unless you really, really like eating V nuggets, V sausages, falafels, V burgers or some not very nice V bacon at each meal. The quality of items have dropped although prices have significantly increased. It is a good store if you live local but everything here is also ridiculously over-priced!(Compared to many other retailers such as Home Bargains or Aldi, Sainsburys are very penny pinching - almost stealing from customers. Take a look in The Food Warehouse over the road from Sainsburys, you'll most likely find the exact same items for half the cost! If you're in or around Walsall, I suggest taking a trip to Tesco or Aldi as they're so much cheaper (a fraction of the price) and they have a larger variety. This Sainsburys store does have plenty of parking spaces as well as parking specifically for "parent and baby" which is located right around the back - side of the building. It is rare to find parent and baby / toddler parking these days for some reason, as it is basically all for disabled people. It's fantastic for all parents with small children, I imagine every parent knows of the struggle with pram's inbetween the closely parked cars... whilst also trying to watch their other children at the same time.. It can be hard, and very stressful! They do have their own FREE to use cash machines located outside the store for anybody to use as and when for convenience. My feelings on Sainsburys have started to change over time, I think my reasons for liking and still shopping in this store aren't for the best of reasons which are as follows - 1) I was first bought shopping to this store when I was only a few days old. It's the first store I ever went to and I've been coming ever since.2) It's the most convenient store for me. It's still the most local superstore to me and it's the easiest one to get to and fro with my daughter.3) The Café BUT they no longer offer hot meals like they used to, they only do pre-made sandwiches and slices of cake.4) The cash machineUPDATE: They DON’T have their own café anymore for some reason, it did so well but it's now been turned into a Starbucks - which is disgusting. You won't see me here often, I don't like Starbucks, I'll only eat a cheese & tomato panini from there.
Jonathan Hughes: Good parking and helpful staff. Argos in store. Shame that self service is now the priority at checkouts .. too few staff.Car park is becoming criminally poor for a Big Four supermarket .. it is shabby, covered in litter, pot-holed, poorly marked, poorly lit and shabby. Sainsbury's need to look out people do notice and will shop elsewhere. Attitude in this sucks with staff in store just shrugging and saying it's not to do with them! Makes you wonder!
Jenemma Jackson: Great store always well stockedFriendly staff

Morrisons: what do users think?
sara allman: Nice staff, clean store
Anna Maria Pacholek Stepniak: Blisko i wygodnie.
marianne hood: This is a nice compact supermarket, it's very easy to find everything.
Roger Raison: Food a plenty
Benyamin Badreh: Useful chain supermarket. I usually buy tiger bloomer bread from there. Also fruits & vegetables.Actually the Morrisons is my main supermarket recently.
Bobby: Have to pay to park which puts me off going there.
Paul Evans: Prices high, low on stock, looks like a closing down sale.
Calvin Lloyd: Cheaper than Asda for most stuff
Robert Mcgauley: I pop in this store quite often normally around lunchtime, today wed 5th april i called in and went to deli counter only to be greeted by a staff member after a 5 minute wait while she finished talking to a friend of hers ,she had no intention of coming to serve me until a second customer waited with me .Absolutely shocking service from this member of staff I hope that the manager of this store reads this and correct,s this she clearly doesn't realise there a a lot of people out there who would love her job and do it properly. She needs a lesson in customer service if I did my job as bad as this I wouldn't have one wake up morrisons it's time to shake the service up. A very disappointed customer.
Karen Clifft: Great supermarket, plenty of choice and variety. Nice wide Isles and a good mix of self checkouts and served checkouts. Staff are helpful and friendly. Also nice that it has a cafe.
Glenys Talbot: Outskirts of walsall , only have to pay to park, refunded on shopping , didn't have change
Claire Louise m: Great shop friendly staff, variety of good deals and range of food
Gregory Merryweather: Old style store could do with modernization but has all that I needed . And wasn't as busy as other stores locally
Ashley Cooper: Good super market
simon p: Not feeling it
Thersa Corns: Very good 👍
Maureen Humphries: Morrisons is fine, but do not like the new carpark pay arrangements
Simon Ellson: Fairly small supermarket but well stocked with friendly staff and cafe ,no fuel station though
dejan mirceski: Morrisons walsall, bad management.Employees when they make a discount on the products, immediately collect in a bag behind the shelf they themselves or a colleague from the next shelf go and pick it up all that look nice.we customers are left to wait and get only garbage.if there is a crisis, it is a crisis for the whole nation. But still must be provided some dicent service.is UNBELIEVABLE AND SHAME how the MANAGER OF THIS STORE does it allow this kind of very bad service and behaviour from its staff to be offered to customers.
Pascal Farnan: Great suppliers of dairy and gluten free foods. Great varieties and quality
Liam Fagan: Superb shop better than the one in Walsall good parking clean place nothing changed here
