Asha Dsouza: We approached Dawn after we got a reference for her from one of our local Facebook pages, Dawn is a very passionate person who takes her job seriously, as soon as she discovered there was an insurance claim on the property we are intending to purchase she postponed the survey and made sure to get the insurance paperwork before she went in to do it on the new date. She also recommended we do a level 3 instead of a level 2 so that we get an in depth picture of what we are getting ourselves into.The level 3 survey was done in great detail and also contained the remedial costs for current and potential issues.She was very thorough with her approach and very firm in her investigations by questioning the seller on the works they have carried out in the property and collected all the right information and evidence for ourselves.
