Melissa Bennett - zxmel: I was supposed to have a coil fitted today first ever time trying it but the clinician wouldn't see me before the next person I was only late by 10 minutes the receptionist did her best for me but my friend who dropped me off rushed back from work and wasted her time and because of the policy of not allowing to bring your child although mine is quiet and wouldnt of been an issue I couldn't be seen I did my best but now have to wait untill the beginning of Feb to be seen again im already un sure what the coil is going to be like for me but now have to wait even longer with those uncertainties 😪 but am giving a 4 rating because overall this place is better than gps and do what they can as a 2nd opinion
Tayla Lawton: I have my contraception pill from this place and it’s always an easy experience. I’d like to particularly praise Thomas the nurse as I have had him the last 2 times and he’s excellent, so lovely and gives me such detailed information if asked a question!

toni kitson: I think I would have given 5 stars had I not had a similar experience as others in that the phone lines were near impossible to get through on. I was cut off several times. Each time I did speak to someone though they were always helpful and polite. I was booked in for a coil removal as I had been referred by my GP. After reading the reviews online I really didn't know what to expect as a lot of the reviews made it sound horrific. I can honestly say I had a good experience. I arrived for my appointment ten minutes early, I was given my paper work and asked to sit down in the waiting area. The waiting area was very clean. Once I handed my paper work back I was called through within minutes. I was lead into a side room with two members of staff. The nurse took my details and explained the whole procedure to me. I was asked to undress, they gave me privacy to do so and talked me through the whole process. Whilst I was on the bed the nurse explained the sensation I should experience and spoke slowly and calmly as she could see I was anxious. The whole procedure took less than 30 seconds. There was no pain it was just mildly uncomfortable. I was given some follow up advice and sent on my way. The staff I encountered walking through the building were also friendly and approachable and the whole clinic was spotless and they followed covid-19 regulations. I would definitely use this service again.
Julia Hemmings: I have been trying to get through to my go since Christmas with no luck, record of 300 redials just this morning to try and get through, so gave up and called here, spoke to a really lovely and helpful guy who offered me an appointment but also gave me another number to call to try and get in earlier. I called at 9, got through and got a same day appointment no trouble. The lady on reception and the doctor were so friendly and helpful

S Parr: I am usually on the otherside, dealing with patients and families in another hospital in Birmingham.Today I had to attend A&E AT Walsall within a hour of phoning 111. My colleagues were concerned about my post viral cough, wheezing, coughing fits and shortness of breath. I had to be seen.Unfortunately there were no parking spaces and nearly gave up but I phoned the hospital to explain what happened. The switchboard were amazing and out me through to Security. Because there were no spaces and I couldn't walk far, they allowed me to park very near and would keep an eye out. I am so ill and exceptionally grateful to be being treated like a human being.The lady at the old A&E reception is a beautiful soul, absolutely lovely, humane and helpful.The bloods nurses and cardio nurses again, very mindful and caring. I am diabetic and the nurse brought me a sandwich which I wanted to pay for but she wouldn't have it - seriously, that was the kindest gesture xIt's taken 5 hours to have my tests and bloods but the staff are genuinely kind and deserve an award.

To make things more friendly and comfortable I think they should workout on English which is spoken in most of the countries.

Mo A: Local pharmacy that has been at the same site for many many years. Has had a recent refit which has a made the place look and feel up to date. Can order prescriptions without the need to pop to the doctors / surgery. Meds can also be delivered which is handy for those that work. Turn around time for meds to be delivered / pickup seems to be good. Offer jabs for all kinds of vaccinations and also do allergy checks. Parking can be an issue at times but good excuse to Get out and do some walking.
