You can tell I have been busy because I have made hardly any posts but I have made a lot of art, done a lot of drawing and tried to improve my workshop and printroom. It has been a battle against the elements the building and the landlord. Those who have come to class in the last month will know first hand my fight with the cold and rain, the long Christmas break
May be a well deserved holiday but is also necessary when the building isn't usable in the low temperatures. By this time next year I hope to be in a new building that is much more suitable to my needs.
During these days when the building is not usable I am lucky to have found AI art. Giving me the opportunity to be creative without mess, sitting in front of the fire, only a laptop and imagination needed. The results are great on there own but are also going to be perfect starting points for paintings and etchings when the studio is workable again.
So next year will be even busier than this one but exciting and hopefully progress will be made.

Sam Clay: We’ve been on the 6 week pottery course with friends and have loved every minute. Kate, Ella and the whole team worked so hard every week to make sure we were all on top of things. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we came away feeling like we’ve seen every step of the process in detail. Kate was always happy to dip into her wealth of pottery knowledge and Ella is a master at the hot drinks and paw prints! We’re so sad it’s over! Thanks so much Cafe Ceramica!

Provide plenty of choices regarding pottery pieces and lots of colours to paint with as well as pens for finer detailing. £5 each for studio fee but overall price depends on the item you choose to paint.
