Plenty of runners, dog walkers and kids cycling around. The paths are decent and the path alongside the stream in the middle is currently being redone. There's a few sculptures in this place which was nice to see, a visitor centre which I never went in and a massive carpark at one end.Well worth a visit.
Lee Paterson: It's a lovely place
Tony Singh: Nice place for a Stroll
Gurmej Kaur: Very nice and relaxing
Arts&Trusts: A lovely place to visit for all. So much space you could spend a full day here if the weather is right and of activities are on. A special edition for Walsall and needs to ensure it stays around for many more years yet.
Julie Pardon: Beautiful
Hardip Singh Nahal: Good Park.
Kay F: Nice large park with lots of things to do. Annoying that others have dogs off the lead as training a puppy.

Michael Hughes: Well worth a visit. Leather goods on sale. Fascinating museum.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Mark Hudson: Fantastic museum with helpful and knowledgeable staff. A big-up for Ian for his wealth of information and help. Highly recommended and free.
Nigel Forbes: I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this museum. There was no entry fee, so completely free to learn about the history of leather in Walsall and the West Midlands. The museum is small but filled with history. Just a short walk from the town centre and the Walsall Rail Station. There is a small cafe on site so you can sit and eat. What I found is that a lot of people don't realise that there is a picnic area on one side of the building that is rarely visited. It is very easy to miss this gem if you are not looking, but worth the time to explore.
Andrew “Nobby” Stiles: Visited as part of a group, whilst it's free to go and have a look around we were given a tour by Ian.Ian is a very knowledgeable bloke who was very patient with our elderly group, nothing was too much bother. The highlight of our visit for some of the group was the making of personalised keyrings which they made themselves.Well worth a visit.Additional notes - just been back for another visit, this time with the wife.Still every bit as good as the first visit. There's an interactive touch screen TV in the cafe/lobby area which explains a lot, it's well worth having a read through before touring the museum as it explains a lot.
Carmalet Nellie: It's a nice place to visit. Very informative, staff are very friendly and very kind to explain. They explain and answer all our question, and appreciate kids questioning as well.
MOHAMMED HUSSAIN: If you've got little kids just go even for a quick visit for the hands-on make your own leather keyring - a totally underrated memorable experience for them at the bargain price of 60p each...truely amazing.
Jon Tosh Flavell: Walsall Leather centre is a fantastic place to visit for both young and old covering leather work in Walsall as well as some other interesting displays..Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Samantha Parkes: First time visiting here today and was pleasantly surprised. It's free! So worth visiting if your around the Walsall Town area.My girls got to make a key ring, which they had the choice of around 50 different designs to press. They got to use the machines and really enjoyed making a keep sake they can cherish. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Was informed that they have a fair few craft workshops on, so well worth keeping an eye out for those. Will defiently be visiting again and will look into joining onto more of the craft sessions in the near future. All round, a nice little museum all about leather, great how it is free of charge to enter.
Rebecca Willett: Took my daughter to a drop in craft activity. It was brilliant. No need to book, just turn up. It does get busy but we got there early so was able to get a place. Highly recommend 👍Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More

Steve Phillips: Beautiful footpath along the now redundant canal extension, lots of wildlife including now parakeets who you can hear before seeing. The only problem around here are the men meeting in the woods playing sausage jockeys, normally only in the summer time as too cold for the sausage in winter.Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Mike Roberts: Very disappointing. Trees along the stream are all completely swamped in ivy which needs to be removed or all the trees will die. The field is ok for dog walkers but has been planted out with saplings too close together. The field next to the trees had been planted with hazel probably 7-10 years ago and in regimented rows only 2 feet apart. This will need to be thinned very soon or it will form an impenetrable wall.
Krisi Tsvetanov: Good woods to explore and go around
F-John Tompkins: Great place to stroll with your dog/s .. to meditate .. gather your thoughts, or otherwise just chill out and enjoy nature..Dog-friendliness: Great place for dogs to run free. Unfortunately, in their great wisdom, Walsall council have shut the main car park, WELDING the gates and resulting in having to park across the road.. by the Fountain mobile cafe. Crossing the main road is extremely dangerous, especially for older folk as no provision for a pedestrian crossing facility has been taken .. or even a traffic warning sign to highlight the danger? Walsall council are being extremely stupid with any requests to justify this closure blaming the Police .. a so called public safety issue? WHAT A JOKE ..

Annalie Kelsall: This is a beautiful spot for a short walk, anywhere up to about 3km before you need to turn round but the different paths mean you can change the routes up for a nice dog walk. There are bird feeders around so if you like bird spotting there are always lots of friendly robins (and other birds too). There is so much wild garlic after the first km or so and the whole wood looks magical. There's a rope swing too but you definitely need wellies for it because it's over mud. There's a field next to the wood for dogs too, and parking opposite the entrance on a side road. I've only seen a couple of dog bins near the entrance though and there are non in the woods. Genuinely one of my favourite places.
Wayne Merrick: Beautiful walk by day with the dog
Alan Joesbury: Nice place for walks ,but car park is always shut
Muhammad Usman: Very nice, clean and peaceful.
Keiron: Beautiful place to walk or to just sit and chill in the fresh air. Lovely countryside.
Matt Jellings: Lovely place to walk the dogs and play a bit of football.
Lee Ray: Nice place to walk and see some local wildlife
Kevin Bradley: peaceful walks in a disused quarry which is now a nature reserve. Parking available at the nearby Aldridge airport (now a recreation ground).
Sal Brennan: Lovely nature walk, lots of little brooks and bridges. Kids loved it
Karen Shillam: Car park not open

The New Art Gallery Walsall: what do users think?
Martyna Mazurowska: Kids enjoying activities new Art Gallery offer over half terms!Very helpful staff:)
Elliott Brown: Second visit to the New Art Gallery Walsall in about 9 years. Free entry both times. Did see a gift shop on the ground floor near Costa Coffee. They have a Jacob Epstein collection that was there both times, plus temporary exhibits. Near the Walsall Canal, Waterfront.
Shahzeb Afreedi: Good activities for kids during holidays. Wouldn't visit otherwise.
jane birch: It's alright
Mike Barker: Love this place. Been visiting for years, always something new to see
Anton Phipps: There's plenty to see and do there! With somewhere next door for you to relax, have a coffee, and then continue with your visit after if you wish..👍🏾
Andrew Kilpatrick: Staff are *always* friendly and helpful, souvenir shop is small-ish but has a pretty decent and varied selection of souvenirs, plus it has direct access to the Costa coffee store via the front desk.Always has a varied and continually changing theme/display/exhibition on, including that of which local artists and independent one-off artists can display their work.Nice views from the altitudinous levels of the gallery, also. One (not really a) expostulation: whole gallery cojld do with a reshuffle in my opinion....lots of things have been in the same place for quite some time now. Not strictly exhibitions, I mean the layout of the whole gallery could possibly benefit from a decent reshuffle.
Andy Weir: Great experience and fascinating collection of artwork. Clean and friendly staff.
Chrissie Weelands: Love the art club for the kids
Anne Heaton: I was amazed by the gallery. What a fantastic collection. The curators were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend a visit we shall certainly be back.
Steven Plant: Very friendly and help went for a baby advent
Julie Perrin: Really nice place.
Thomas Power: On the way up
Christy: Is a Fantastic Experience, it's just like a story it's a work of my anxiety that makes me feel better .
hedia!: amazing exhibition, enjoyed it a lot and would come again !
Nigel Forbes: A fairly small art galley which is connected to the area and community. If you are in Walsall it is a must see. Located in the local shopping area and within 3 minutes from the Walsall Train Station, which is about 23 minutes from Birmingham New Street Station.
Robert Csonka: Great place to relax and contemplate
June May: Lovely building but was disappointed that it was not child oriented at all. Even a task to sketch their favourite piece would have done but no, nothing.
M W: Beautiful gallery and collection. The staff are very friendly.
Pascal Godhasdonegreat: Great place to be and it's absolutely free on entrance
Alex Hill: A great artists sanctuary, right in the heart of the madness which is Walsall town centre. Fabulous building, imposing interior and inspiring exhibits.
