Our lead piano technician, Jonathan Clay, graduated from 'The Newark College of Musical Instruments and Repairs' with honours, is Steinway, Yamaha and Kawai approved, and widely regarded as one of the top piano technicians in the West Midlands.
Since 2003 we have been direct importers of carefully selected preowned Yamaha and Kawai approved pianos.
All of these pianos have been manufactured in Japan, and have been independently approved and fully certified as being in 'A' grade condition throughout by 'JUPA' - The Japanese Used Piano Association.
We are easily accessible as we are situated in a fabulous location in Birmingham, a central position in the country, only 2 minutes from Spaghetti junction on the M6 (Junction 6), and have ample parking spaces available.

I booked in an appointment with Thomas the other week and the whole process from start to finish couldn’t have been smoother. Delivery was little over a week and there was no problem taking my upright in part exchange. Thomas was extremely helpful, there was no high pressure sales pitch and Emails etc were swiftly replied to. The delivery guys also did a great job.
