Mareike Hansen: I’m a 41 year old woman .I decided i wanted to improve my eye area as i thought it was starting to look a bit tired and there were a few wrinkles starting to appear .I attended midland skin clinic and had a appointment with Dr Sajjad Rajpar to talk about my opinions .We decided my best option would be to have fully ablative laser resurfacing to my upper and lower eye area . We talked in depth about the procedure and what the after care would be like . I was happy and confident about what would happen so agreed to go ahead. The procedure itself was about an one and a half hours. The procedure started with numbing the area before laser treatment started I felt no pain or discomfort at all . so here comes the WOW!!!! bit the results are insane its like starting again with a blank canvas, i cannot tell you how happy i’m with the results i’ve literally gone back in time 10 years all the fine lines and wrinkles, are gone . saying i’m happy is a understatement.Every time i look in the mirror i smile and think think wow is that really me , . I can not thank Dr Rajpar and he’s team enough from the nurse held my hand thoughout the whole procedure , and for her constantly reassuring me which was great because i’m a bit of a baby when it comes to my eyes . Now its quite a journey i had to send Dr Rajpar photos each day for 10 days so he could make sure everything was healing properly and incase of infection .So for the first couple of weeks you really need to keep calm and look after yourself which is all explained in the after care package. However there is light at the end of the tunnel and you won’t be disappointed .once again the results are amazing, so thank you to all the team at midland skin this is one very happy customer.

Karen Kite: I first saw Dr Rajpar at Midland Skin in June 2023 with moderate acne and rosacea that had been a problem for about 20 years. My skin was particularly bad just before my appointment and was really bothering me. I was started on spironolactone tablets alongside metronidazole cream. Later azelaic acid cream was added. S Parr: I am usually on the otherside, dealing with patients and families in another hospital in Birmingham.Today I had to attend A&E AT Walsall within a hour of phoning 111. My colleagues were concerned about my post viral cough, wheezing, coughing fits and shortness of breath. I had to be seen.Unfortunately there were no parking spaces and nearly gave up but I phoned the hospital to explain what happened. The switchboard were amazing and out me through to Security. Because there were no spaces and I couldn't walk far, they allowed me to park very near and would keep an eye out. I am so ill and exceptionally grateful to be being treated like a human being.The lady at the old A&E reception is a beautiful soul, absolutely lovely, humane and helpful.The bloods nurses and cardio nurses again, very mindful and caring. I am diabetic and the nurse brought me a sandwich which I wanted to pay for but she wouldn't have it - seriously, that was the kindest gesture xIt's taken 5 hours to have my tests and bloods but the staff are genuinely kind and deserve an award.
