Darlaston Family Practice: Drs Khan & Merali: what do users think?
Raj Gangar: Absolutely useless, never answer the phone,if you're late for appointment they cancel there and then but when they are supposed to ring you they never ring you on time then you can't get in touch with them because they don't answer the phone just constantly in hold, worst doctors service in darlaston I've never met the doctors they are always too busy only ever met locum or student doctor's this is rubbish
yasemin asan: Absolutely frustrating with all the phone calls. Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins, if you have not already give up and dialed 111 they might answer you.
Rebecca Irving: Terrible service and advice. Staff don't care about patients. There system for booking to see a Doctor is a joke and when you do get an appointment they don't add notes to your record so no info on what's been discussed. Staff are blunt and insensitive to patients needs and concerns. All round just awful.
Alex H: Absolutely shocking trying to get private paperwork signed, took them over a month to tell me the fee, which was rediculas, they fail to call you back when promised, theres no manager for this place and the acting manager only works three days a week. Complete shambles
Lucie Neuhyblova: Very disappointed with this surgery!!! I was really shocked when I tried to get appointment for my 6years old daughter. Which was a impossible task. We have been send from school to rule out scarlet fever. Only treatment we have got after trying for 3 days to get appointment was a great advice to visit walking centre where we have spent 5 hours.
Linden Pickett: Absolutely shocking practice... Stay clear.. useless do yourselves a favour and avoid
Shannon Keyte: Absolutely disgusting.Despite 111 referral to the doctors and they still refuse to see my little one.Only provide phone consultations when phoning for my poorly baby. Multiple times we have asked for face to face appointments to be told there's none available (even when you phone straight away). Yet you can't book appointments for a future time? So how are all the appointments getting booked up if you only allow people to book for the day they phone. An absolute waste of time doctors, the midwife was horrendous during my time of pregnancy. Assured me she would see how I was getting on post birth, had the worst birth experience and not a peep from her. Not surprised really.Shall be looking to register elsewhere and will be reporting this matter further because its just not good enough when you're missing work to try and get a Doctors appointment for your poorly baby.0 stars and don't register here.
Malgorzata Murphy: This is the worst surgery ever. You can never get appointment and if you do is only as a phone consultation and you feel rushed and the doctor can't really bother with what you have to say. Absolutely disgusting.
Muslimah Monologues: Recently joined this surgery but I was very impressed with my first visit. From the reception staff to the initial consultation everything was done in a professional and friendly manner. Everyone was very accommodating and put me at ease. Highly recommend!
Charn M: I'll probably commit suicide before receiving support from this GP.Stay well clearUpdated: Nov 2022Would give zero stars if i could. Ive had nothing but an awful experience with this GP since i moved in August 2021, many times ive come off the phone crying as i feel like im not being listened to.Dont listen to their patients and are reluctant to investigate further into anything.Communication is poor and they send texts that make you worry but wont provide information of results over the phone, making you have to book a whole appt which is just a waste of everyone's time.If you want a GP that dont investigate and dont care for your welfare then this is the GP for you!!!Cant wait to register elsewhere
Chanti B: This Drs is by far the WORST I’ve experienced I had a baby in covid and he’s literally been seen once, he’s now 2.5 but hasn’t had any checks, I’ve never seen the health visitor once. I’m still waiting to hear back about a referral I requested in June for my baby. I have a life threatening condition + high risk birth & had no post-natal checks at all.I book a phone consultation via the app a month in advance for myself and they phone when they feel like or not at all. But they are able to text you EVERY single day throughout winter about flu jabs. You get through at 9:02am for a sick child to be told there are no appointments left, there are only two receptionist there so I highly doubt you’ve booked the whole day between two people in two minutes. So always end up with a sick toddler in urgent care aka a dump for five hours. Will be going back to my old drs and travelling the distance. Absolutely shocking and neglectful behaviour.
Keit Keit: Awful, takes a million years to get an appointment and the doctors even pretend to care. Will be switching
Labi M Vlore: The reception staf are gr8cbut the worst it’s dr Khan I have no idea how he can be a doctor, shame who give him license to be a doctor,
Nicola Palmer: I had covid in 2020 and then long covid and then my mental was pretty bad. I had problems with my bowel but long covid effected my bowel which i know have a stoma. The doctors have been amazingand the reception staff also have been so good i can not thank all the staff enough.Thankyou so much all of you. At one point they was ringing to check my mood.
Julie Reynolds: My Dr, is Dr Khan and he is the best Dr I have ever had. He is so helpful and makes u feel at ease and nothing is ever too much trouble. I also have to say how good the reception staff are, I have been with this Practice well over 35 years now and the Girls are alwaz so kind and attentive and have never let me down. Thank u all for making my life easier, Julie x
Gabriela Toba: I tried to register as patient at this General Practice point and i’m was truly disappointed about nonprofessional attitude to those young ladies at the reception. Didn’t even bother to ask what i wanted , i had to wait a couple of minutes for another lady to come and ask me.Really disappointed .
Dawn Woodcoc: Best doctors I have ever had they really listen to what you have to say and if you don't understand they explain the nurse only saw her once but liked her miss Karen though the receptionists also really help a big thank you to everyone at Darlaston Family Practice
Gillian Cross: I have only recently joined this practice, but i have to say the care i have received is exceptional. The staff are always so helpful and the doctors are caring and understanding. Just wish I had moved surgeries years ago!
Alexandra Haj: Very long waiting time for any1 to answer the phones
Annie Kapur: Ever since my previous doctor died and my other doctor retired (The Shahs), this place has gone downhill. It's a shame because the Shahs used to fix me every single time. I've never been with another practice in my life but I feel I have to move. The receptionists are always lovely though - both of the stars are for them, I've known one or two of them for years and they're always smiling. The Locum doctors I had once or twice were both amazing though. The one thing I cannot understand is why these two newer doctors have brought this place into the dumps. It's not just impossible to get an appointment with them, but the advice is often dismissive when you do and the concerns of the patient are very clearly not being listened to. Please bring in better doctors. I really don't want to move.
Daniel Gribble: This doctors is a waste of time can never get an appointment to see a doctor face to face just get told to have a phone consultation anyone thinking of joining this doctors I would advise to avoid

Pleck Health Centre Dr Sinha & Partners: what do users think?
Siri _07: Anita: I can't give you a advance blood test appointment the computer isn't set upAnita: I can't print a prescription because the computer is not allowingMe: my pharmacy has it in stock why your not printing the medication ???Anita: I can't order this precise medication because our pharmacy isn't allowing it...Walked to the surgery in the snow to pickup prescription a 73year old the muslim girl with the scarf shouted saying there is no prescription here walked away from the deskThe other new receptionist walked to the desk handed the prescriptionThe point of these asian receptionists????
Tooba Faham: Very bad surgery… no proper appointments no proper treatments…
Ash Zaver: The most discourteous people I have ever encountered. They should sack their practice manger for being incompetence.
jakki rhodes: This is NOT my doctors but I had to attend this morning @ 10.50 From when you walk through the doors you are greeted by a loverly receptionist (sorry don’t know her name) very friendly place. Dr Rishi what a GREAT dr very informative & I’ve never had a dr apologising for causing me pain. BRILL from start to finish❤️
Sahildeep Singh: I asked a form to fill for celiac disease… but the Asian reception didn’t understood what I was asking and she also started talking to me rudely…
Asma Farook: I would give it NO stars if i could..!! I really dont know how this surgery is still up and running with the discusting attitude you get off the receptionist... Specifically JAVERIA.... No manners and very rude attitude... There is a REASON why people go to the doctors Surgery ( Not just for fun ) and to get treated badly from them..!! Its discusting..!! I shall be taking this further... No way i will accept that kind of behaviour..!! Learn some manners and learn how to speak to people..!!
Sehrish Adnan: My family has been registered at this surgery for over 30 years . Never have I experienced or seen this type of attitude and horrible attitude towards people and patients who are stressed or unwell . Staff are not sympathetic or helpful . It’s a shame as some older staff are still courteous and understanding and these type of new staff are putting the Service down . Customer service is a must in surgeries as people can be in stressful situations and this type of attitude does not help . My daughter does not want to come back and be seen because of the staff who did not even want to know why she needed an emergency appt . J you need proper customer training or recap your previous training you might have done . Thanks alot for the member of staff who listened and took our views on board .
Jaspal Kaur Samra: This Dr surgery staff need major training on people skills, they are currently struggling to help patients because of their attitude and lack of knowledge of how to speak to people. They need develop skills on how to be kind...
Pavan: The receptionists at this surgery are absolutely disgraceful, rude and obnoxious and have no empathy whatsoever. This surgery has made it almost impossible for a face to face appointment with a gp. What an absolute disgrace. The receptionists are argumentative and have no respect whatsoever and think it’s acceptable to cut the phone off. Disgusting service.
Wiktoria Szczepanska: This “health centre” should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!!The receptionist are behaving like they have medical degree.Every single month I have the same issues with my mothers high blood pressure medication when she is in massive risk of a stroke!I am disgusted with this place as it is not running as it should be.There is this one receptionist which is extremely rude and she has raised her voice at me fair few times.I will be making a formal complaint as the incompetence of the staff working there amazes me daily…. It would be an amazing comedy club to be honest not a GP….Disgusting place! Avoid if you can!
olivia hillier: So today was my first time ever having the implant and I was so nervous. I have never come across such lovely and friendly staff , the nurses who performed my implant were so lovely and kept my mind at ease as I was so nervous. The receptionist were lovely and so polite.
Charandeep Singh: The doctor says they will send me message so I can be contacted to check how I feel but the receptionist is utterly rude and doesn’t understand about patients health there is no way they are trying to help you out all they say is go to UCC when your receiving messages from Pleck health and they can’t even get replied to.
Miah Mohammed Milad: Registration form not available until 15 January what I have do if need to see doctor
R Ahmed: Terrible GP service. Basically, went to the gp last week with someone and we were waiting more then halfen hours extra from the appointment time. I was very wondering when someone came late 5 minutes after his appointment time and he explained to the receptionist why he was late but they don't bothered his request and said appointment has been cancelled because of the lateness. I have spoken to the receptionist why I am late half hours if he's appointment been cancelled for 5 minutes late? Nothing reasonable reply from the receptionist. They should do understand people's feelings, no one come to doctor for fun ,ofcourse people's have a problem that's they come. Everyone human being including, The doctors, nurses, receptionist and patient so we need to understand and look after each other. It's not only open a practice and making money from government. Hopefully, they will be human with the people's and also they will use their common sense and manners. Thanks.
vidsofgames: TerribleReceptionist rude8:00 starts at 8:30 they pickup and say it’s fullMy son had really bad illness and we went their and they said not till late January no appointmentSurgery 10:00 nobody their
Will David: PLEASE DR SINHAFire “Javeria”She has been so rude to me, even hung up the phone on me! The cheek
Natz Natz: How is this GP surgery still legally running?! Incompetent reception staff, who don't actually communicate with the Doctors. Its so strange how its allowed to stay open at this level of Incompetence. This is over and over again. Not isolated incidents. To think they get paid to not do their job correctly. To not communicate with the other staff who work there. To work with such vulnerable sick people and be this incompetent is very scary. Mind blowing!
Revenger's Gaming: I have been trying to book in for an appointment here for more than 2 months. I'm asthamtic and I had to call in emergency as I didnt have the medicine that I needed after that I sitll have not been able to get an appointment. When I tried calling in 8 am one time receiptionist was very rude to me told me to call 999 instead. Then I tried going to the GP to just get my medicine (inhaler) receiptionist was like we cant do anything you have to call in even though they dont give any appointments.Today I was 5 minutes late for my appointment which I got they told me I will have to rebook. Just WOW
Billy Khan: Dr SinhaCan u please change your receipt lady she is so rude and ignorant every time I go she always be rude last time I told her not to be rude and she said sorry but now again she is messing aroundLast time I asked her to give me complain register but she didn't give me and said sorry
CiCi Mo: I don't normally do reviews but had to for this surgery because I feel a lot of practice surgeries need to take a leaf out of this one. I have dealt with many practice surgeries and I have to say that this is by far the best one.I deal with a lot for my mum and have recently moved her to Walsall. I registered her to this Pleck surgery and honestly the reception staff and doctors are great. You actually feel like you are being listed to (which is very rare with doctors nowadays)The reception staff are really lovely and genuinely like to help.I spoke with one lovely lady called Amanda who made sure she stayed on the telephone until the patient online access was complete because I kept having issues. Amanda was taking the time to ensure everything was checked and correct on her side and would call me back straight away every time just like she promised until the set up was complete.I don't know any other receptionist that would do that. Others would just tell you to go online and follow the instructions. Not sure if you will get to see this review Amanda but thanks again for all your help my mum is 100% happy with this new practice :)Many thanksCherice
Colin Scott: Phoned 11 times until I finally got through to be placed number 9 in a queue. After waiting over 15 minutes I got through to reception to make an afternoon phone call appointment for my partner only to be told that I had to phone back at 3pm. Absolute disgrace, I know that the government is trying to drag the NHS into the 21st century, but avoiding the 19th and 20th centuries is not the way to do it.

Modality Darlaston Practice: what do users think?
marko jovicich: absolutely useless. staff won't allow you to make an appointment unless you phone at 8am, and if you do this, you will be on hold for up to an hour and a half. if by some miracle you get an appointment, it won't be face to face and it won't be on time.
fareen akhtar: All staff is very helpful, specially Nargis she’s very humble person and always there to help.I’m a mum and when a child get I’ll,I get so panic, it’s hard to get appointment these days. But with this practice even sometime late but they do arrange something to see the patient. Thank you.
Usama Saleh: POINT OF NOTICE.THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER ADDED ON. FOR THERE REAL NUMBER YOU NEED TO GO TO THERE WEBSITE.FOUND THIS NEW INFO ON 12/03/23PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.This has to be one of the worst GP centres I’ve had the misfortune to be with. The level of service is nothing short of just poor in all aspects. Reception staff on the phone and in person. Rude attitude with little patience and lack of understanding. The feeling you get is, your just a number coming through the door. You have the sense of leaving there office being non the wiser or with no movement on your condition. Unless you need to see the nurse, my advise would be to take your chances elsewhere. The phone is always busy i mean they put it on the side. Being trying to get through to them for the past 2 weeks. 2 hours a day spent calling them. What a waste.
jasvir singh: Just try to dial their phone number you will understand the low ratings.
Denise Hatton: All ways ready to help you.
Leesa Stevens: Absolutely appalling.A catalogue of disasters after being a patient for 1 week.
Mimi: WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PRACTICE!!! My family is registered with Dr Saha and for the past month their lines are completely off and there is no way getting through to them. Reading previous 1 star reviews dated back 8 months ago the practice were stating it's due to “high demand of calls” which is nonsense. Only a couple of weeks ago after calling over 50 times my husband drove up there and spoke to them who told him to call first thing at 8 am the next morning. We were both sitting with our house phone and two mobile phones calling through dead on 8 and same thing again, lines dead. We were calling over and over again for 2 HOURS AND NO ANSWER! The ONLY way booking an appointment with them is calling through to 111! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING
Bill Gough: The people on the desk are very good plus the doctors when you can get a appointment ,which is dificult very dificult ,the problem is there are to many people on the books and not enough doctors to cope with the work load ,this might make a lot of money for the practice but the waiting times can be very long ,they need to either reduce the numbers on the books to people who have actually paid something into the state or take more doctors on which wont happen as that will reduce the amount it makes ,i am always seeing people being taken on but no more doctors ,it never used to be like this needs sorting p.s the girls on the reception are brill best part of the place cheers bill.
Angela Collingham: Had an allergic reaction to something been going on since January with face swelling up severely. Given high antihistamines nothing else done. Also had very dry itchy skin. Told General Practitioner not a doctor as they gave me appointment to see her not the doctor that I am severely allergic to anything containing alcohol. She gave me the name of a cream to buy with no alcohol content she said.Guess what it had Alcohol in my allergic reaction was really bad with red bubbling painful rash. I will refuse to see her in the future she is incapable of proper treatment and diagnosis for patients.
Marysia Roguska: Getting an appointment here is almost impossible since March 2020!!!I had twins in 2021 and my postnatal check up may as well have been done over the phone as not a fat lot was even checked on!!!!You're told to ring at 8am if you need an appointment, the phone can ring out for an hour or more only for you to be told there's no appointments left and try again tomorrow 🤦‍♀️I have the school run to do and it's impossible to stay on the phone that long, even when my daughter had an ear infection at under a year old I had to get her an appointment elsewhere.I haven't spoken to or seen my own GP in over 2 years, if it weren't for the fantastic nurses at this practice I'd be looking elsewhere for healthcare services
Michael Smith: Pity there is not a minus have tryed to call the doctors this afternoon over 80 times I bet if I went down there nobody would be on the phone. We will be moving doctors now the pharmacy is fantastic but the doctors is more then a joke
Jason Bennett: I have been ringing since this morning over 100 times and keeps telling me busy and they wonder why people am taking up spaces in hospital waiting rooms etc when you can’t even speak to a simple receptionist on the phone to get doctor to ring hospital it is then like they don’t have enough on
Stephen Fisher: Through out this pandemic i have found the practice to be very helpful whenever i have need to speak to a GP via the telephone and also when i've needed to see the doctor on a one to one basis.
paul roscrow: Been great through this pandemic, they look after my diabeties which is great so theirs your proof,at the min ive had phone calls from doctors & have seen them face to face no matter what social media is saying, met the new nurse Gail today who is lovely & Jane on reception is alway a pleasure to speak with
Having a SHOCKER: Shocking service
Linden Pickett: This place is an absolute joke.. last couple of weeks I've been suffering with depression and after several phone calls pleading for help to be told ive got hormone deficiency!!! How that can be diagnosed over the phone is beyond me.. sweating and being sick.. but seeking further advice from a professional it was actually panic attacks.. then I've collapsed on the floor in a total mess .. another phone call was made to be told I couldn't be seen till the following Monday.. the place wants shutting down..
raheem kanu: The Worst GP practice I have ever been with you better off not having a doctor coz it doesn’t make any difference. The worst ever not even worth a star
ross whitehouse: Absolutely horrific, just had attitude off a doctor even though I was at work with no service I took my break as knew there was an upcoming slot for an appointment as soon as I go to answer the phone it gets put down then as soon as I go back in to complete the work for the day back to no service. Where I requested a message to be put down that there's no signal available for me. Just for me to end up with a snidey voicemail
jaswinder dhillon: The Telephone number is for Modality Darlaston Practice.. There are 3 practices in this building.
Brian Murphy: the staff are excellent always willing to help
Adrian Tone: Very good

Lichfield Street Surgery: what do users think?
icy haze: The actual doctors are very good, well mannered and actually helped me out a lot more than my previous doctor but the receptionists here are something that needs fixing. So so rude. I don't think these places even understand that you don't really want to be calling them up to talk to them, they talk to you like you're a burden yet they are getting paid for it!! This place would get a much higher rating if it wasn't for the rude staff with such a bad attitude!Edit 27/3/23 it’s now almost impossible to get an appointment as told to at 8am. By the time you listen to the 2 minute automated message “all lines are busy please try again later” and the line gets cut off! Come on! This surgery was the best!!!
Lisa Jones: Hostile Receptionist pretends to be Practice Manager.Waited 3 weeks for a booked blood test, which was booked via Lichfield surgery, turned up early and on the correct date and was told sorry we can't help you, even though i had my text message from Lichfield Surgery confirming my booking ! I asked why it was cancelled and requested they message the doctor so the issue could be resolved. This was refused.I tried to book another appointment only to endure 4 members of staff speaking to me aggressivly and without any respect. I felt completely bullied and harrased by the way they were behaving towards me especially as they were all talking at me at the same time which is rude and very intimidating. When I complained to them they though only swearing and shouting could constitute being rude. The receptionist also pretended to be the practice manager!! Eventually the best they could do for me was book an appointment with the same doctor who advised me to have the blood test however this is not for 5 weeks as I was told she is too busy to confirm my booking for that day. I don't understand how sending an email to a doctor and waiting for a response was so difficult especially as this is what other reception staff did all the time. It's as if she just wanted to be as rude and unhelpful as possible.Due to this I'm back to square one and have to start the process again. No wonder our NHS is in such a state with incompetent reception staff like the staff at Lichfield St. I would like add that a few of the staff that have been there for years are really nice and professional it does seem to be the newer staff that have changed the culture.Due to how i was intimidated by the 4 bullies I left in tears and it has left me very upset that they are allowed to behave in this way. There are signs which state zero tolerance on abuse to the staff, why does it not work both ways there should also be a zero tolerance on aggressive behavior towards the patients but this doesn't seem to be the case from my experience and multiple other victims that have enured their their poor behaviour.Reading the other reviews there is a clear pattern of appaulling , bullying,Intimidating behaviour from the reception staff. If one person makes a complaint it's a one off multiple people make the same complaint it's a pattern.
Becky: Ridiculous and negligent GP Surgery. Signed my grandad up as a temporary patient as he came to visit for a holiday. The surgery were well aware that he is a cancer patient before we signed him on. He was experiencing severe bone pain in his legs. The surgery was provided with all his past medical records. He was misdiagnosed with B12 deficiency and mistreated with B12 injections as we later discovered (from his original doctor) that the pain was arising due to a tumour growing. As a result, the tumour had grown viciously within the 2-3months. However, this surgery did not spot any of this? Despite the fact that they were made aware of his health. Thanks to Lichfield Street Surgery’s neglect he now does not have long left. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone!!!
V Islande: Atrocious service.Lie to you about appointment times and types.messing up prescriptions.Interminable wait on listening to irrelevancies that you can't skip ever.Unconscionable wait for appointments.Rude reception staff.Doctors pleasant and effective if you actually see one.
Anita Thorpe: The receptionists are rude and disresptful. They don't listen to a word you say and just argue with you. Huff and puff and make it obvious you're just disrupting their gossip time!
Jewit Jarrett: I have been seen by Dr Kingsley four times and he was outstanding. No rushing, sensitive and thoughtful. The new reception staff i found to be friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this surgery.
Ghostridervr6: Been with this surgery 37 years since I was born and it’s turned out to be a disgrace. Can’t get a doctor, 30mins minimum to answer the phone out of peak times. To clarify a blood result I requested a quick 2 minute phone call, told a month wait.I am moving doctors ASAP.
Y: They do not pick up the phone at all. Reception are rude and unprofessional as well, particularly the Indian lady.
Lorraine Randell: Yes they do not answer calls quickly. But with the press 1 for this press 2 for that I find this is common across many services nowadays. However one through I have had very few problems and recently none at all.
Ali Ali: This surgery lost the plot anyway problem reception to the Dr's,But today we visited a new Dr called shazia she thought to speak rude with patients is something normal,I really feel sorry for the community that they have to use this surgery and seeing such Dr like Shazia,She don't even know if we don't have Google to help her, otherwise she would have been working in care home center which is very suitable job for suits her rather than to act as Dr. She was very rude to the parent
Hafeez Hussain: I would give less then 0 star
the 666: Awful just all round
Stewart Copson: Forget ever trying to get an appointment at this surgery.
Kerry Peniket: Awful ....possible Strep A at school child ill....no appointments. JOKE!
Sinead W: The WORST surgery EVER. I have eczema a condition that is not going anywhere every time I try to get a repeat prescription they put it up for review then when I try to make an appointment every time I get to number one in the call queue they HANG UP. They leave me hanging for months with a worsening condition. I’ve called up 3 times this week I was on hold for 20minutes only to have the phone hung up as soon as answered! They won’t even have the decency to call you back. The WORSE STAFF EVER.
John Harrold: They will not answer the phone the only way to get an appointment is to go into the surgery if I could give less than one star I would.
Mirek Toth: I woukd give them 0 stars if there was an option for it because that is all this surgery deserves especially the reception terrible terrible
Kevin Platt: I was left waiting on your number for 30 minutes this morning, first 4 in queue then 3 then 2 then 1. The music went very quiet the messages stopped, the music continued very low until I gave up.Is this a new way of dealing with patients?
C H: The answering message is just ridiculously long. Then your just left waiting called at 6.15 eventually put phone down at 7.07pm as no.one c.ould be bothered to answer. Was only calling as got another message to call for tests that were done 2 weeks before
Josh Ghent: If you have anything to do with this surgery then make sure you make funeral preparations now. They never answer the phone. And blame everything on others - the system being down, or the pharmacists (who are quite good).I spoke with a receptionist who was incredibly condescending because I didn’t accept that the system being down meant they couldn’t do any work. Apparently pen and paper have never been invented.
Emma -: There are some receptionists who need training in mental health, Or if they’ve already had training they need support to put it into practice. The way some of them speak to already fragile patients is dangerous and is a tragedy waiting to happen because their attitude leaves you feeling like you’re never going to be able to access any support, which will be enough to tip some people over the edge.I have been trying for one month to get an appointment to discuss significant mental health concerns. It took 3 weeks to get a sick note, during which time the receptionist told me “well you should have thought about it sooner”.

Khan Medical Practice: what do users think?
David Forrester: Just recently transferred from the Sadlers health centre because the Doctor there is incompetent seems to me that both of them need to be struck of.With Khan you first need to explain to me reception to arrange a telephone consultation which is a waste of time.
Desolate Milenko: So, first appointment was fine, the women nurse did my blood pressure, blood test & checked my weight, but since then I tried to call 2 weeks ago & was told the Dr was on holiday & I had to call back in 2 weeks when he was back, so I did & now he is REFUSING to even see me, he was straight up called me a liar over the phone for daring to ask for an appointment to talk about getting a sick note, & said I'm perfectly fine, even after I told him, there's blood in my sick & when in go to the toilet, I'm also 110 pounds, almost 6 foot, so I'm not a healthy weight at all. Even my work coach at the job centre has told me I should get a sick note but not Dr Khan! He is an absolute joke & should lose his medical licence as he doesn't take his job seriously & is very unprofessional. This GP doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Donna M: Dr khan and his reception staff have been excellent With my care I am very happy with the service i receive from khan medical practice thank you, Paul Merricks
kirn sharma: Fabulous staff great service quick appointments the most ive waited is 1 day Dr Khan is very easy to approach and has a good listening ear.
Kieran Westley: Worst doctor ever I tell him I have chest infection ( if you know you know I've been alive 23 years) I can't buy the tablets from the pharmacy, I have to battle with this man to get the medication, and even in the end I have to contact waldoc to get them he will tell you you need paracetamol and inhaler for everything, seriously needs a doctor test he's made the card himself he's an imposter!
Alexandru Cristache: I had an appointment with Miss Brown today.Outstanding service!!!

Dr Mahbub's surgery: what do users think?
abs videos: Receptionist service is very bad, management team needs to sort it out asap
nowsher siraj: They never answer the phone. it’s very difficult to make an appointment.
Fahamida Alam: Horrible service from the receptionist.Called to get appointments, they say call back the next day you’ll get appointments. Then they make you wait for 45 minutes with horrible music and operator saying “your call is important to us” and end up saying we have no appointments available. Is this some sort of joke?If we needed to go to A&E, we would have gone!!Would give 0 stars if I could
Ash: The doctors are brilliant but the customer service from receptionist is appalling. You have to wait forever to get through on the phone and when you do they tell you to ring in the morning for an emergency appointment. When you ask for an appointment in advance they tell you to ring the next day because there are no appointments but how would there be appointments the next day. They show no empathy or consideration for people that work. The practice needs to put provisions in place for people that work. When asking about patient access I was told they do not operate that but on the website they advertise it. The practice requires structure and organisation.
Luminita Iancu: the worst experience I had instead of sending the prescription to the pharmacy called me to take it personally, after I went to them they told me they sent it electronically, after 15-20 minutes they called me to come back as in fact, the prescription is with them, although the prescription was already sent to the pharmacy and they made fun of me
Jannath Ahmed: The Drs are amazing however the receptionists are so useless and rude they are not trained to be who they are so thumbs down 👎🏻
flora jannath: Very bad experience, everytime you phone they r busy, most of the time "sorry no appointment left"Or if it's very urgent go to emergency this type of response. 😡
ASIF JAVED: Doctors and all staff are very kind, polite and helpful. The staff nurses are very professional and look after patients very nicely. Doctor Mahbub gives his extra to patients till late in the evening.
Sheharyar Javed: Very polite and helpful staff.
Muhammad Hussain: Dr Mahbub is an amazing doctor. But the reception is absolutely aweful. Unorganised and don't even care.If you ring you have to wait few min to even get to the options. Other doctor surgeries have gone back to normal except this surgery. The operator keeps speaking! We have even memorised what the operator says! When it rings, no one picks up for a couple of minutes. Then you get cut off! Absolutely annoying and Unprofessional! There are people who have serious illness. Staff need replacing or get them retrained.
Muhamm Ali: Mitha Khanom from Dr Mahbub surgery is very nice and polite. She is very helpful and if I need anything she always helps me with everything.

Kingfisher Berkley Practice: what do users think?
Julie butler: Was quite disappointed with my experience, was unable to do an on line appointment due to network issues, so telephoned the surgery, for the appointment, I felt I was being scolded for not doing it myself, then had to wait for over 6 hours for the gp review to call back, to then be informed after discussion I could have an appointment in a week with the nurse, its left me feeling my medical issues are the bottom of the list ☹️
Val Smith: Always quick to get appointments, clean and reliable
Ella Mills: Rude staff can never get to see the doctors because they pass everything to a pharmacist to speak to you and that molly the nurse she’s a waste of time the whole surgery needs a shake up do the Doctors actually know if it wasn’t for the patients they wouldn’t have a wage and be paid they don’t care about your health they don’t want to see or treat you . Disgraceful surgery needs reportingBy everyone for there to be any change .
Kathryn Leadbeater: I can't thank the reception staff enough when they realised I needed to see a doctor I was seen within a short time. Very professional and friendly
Michael Chew: Never had a problem with any members of staff, always managed to get through to surgery, always had a call back, and if needed have been seen face to face. Very satisfied.
Sarah Malpass: Would've been nice as a patient to have been told you do half days on a Wednesday
Brenda Hand: Another good experience from the surgery, from phone call made AM to pleasant reception to call from Lovely GP to prescription waiting for collection all with less than 90mins. Thank you
Gem: I have to have a medication review every 2 months. Two days ago I had someone ring me who was clearly agency staff, he didn’t even introduce himself so when I asked if he was a Doctor he told me no, he was a pharmacist. OK that’s fine, just a little unprofessional not even introducing yourself at the start of the call. He “reviewing” me (tick box exercise more like) and said he would send over my prescription to JDoctor Pharmacy next door to Kingfisher as I was due to run out of tablets the next day and given the nature of the medication they will only review/prescribe them the day before.. I went to collect my medication yesterday and AGAIN my prescription had not been sent across to the pharmacy. The GP practice was closed so I couldn’t even speak to anyone. It’s a type of medication where I am not able to miss a day.The pharmacy (thankfully) did me an emergency 2 day lot of tablets but really that’s beside the point. Now I have to call up the GP practice AGAIN (wait on the phone for someone to answer for 30 minutes) to get this sorted and find the time to go back up the pharmacy to try and get my medication in between work.I work as a professional practitioner within the NHS myself and have to say I can fully appreciate why so many patients just give up taking their medication and become unwell as a result, because they can’t deal with the stress/anxiety of having to chase up people who are paid to hold a responsibility of patient care and yet fail to do this, more often that not these staff appear to be bank/agency/ cover staff who don’t seem to care less about patients and come across as very un-empathetic.I am considering looking for a new GP practice now.
David Bearcroft: "Can i have an appointment" none left goodbye
Tomas Lupeikis: Ridiculous, all tests done and you don't receive results or you receive message saying your result is inconclusive so pointless. Doctors rush with their own opinions without any test or research done. A person going to the doctor expects to be calmed down but instead of that you walk out frightened and unsure what just happened. Lack of experience and poor communication. Easier and takes less time to phone your local hospital than this practice. Disappointed, sad to see people being treated like this and not cured.
lara davis: I would give 0 stars if I could
Zena Wolczek: I have been at this doctors a number of years and all the doctors and nurses and fantastic but the reception staff and getting though to anyone is absolutely disgusting I phone the repeat prescription line 104 time and still didn't get through
Paul Evans: They follow the current guidelines, overall clean and tidy.
Johanne Hall: Terrible. After listening to a long voice message to then waiting 10 minutes for the surgery to answer the phone to which they never do and then have to ring back and hope its not constantly engaged before going through the long voice message again!!!!
Phumi S: Awful, inefficient and totally dismissive, spare yourself the misery.
Callam Staines: Unacceptable to be honest. Was recommended to see my GP by A&E and was told yesterday to call back this morning to get an appointment.I’ve called 3 separate times where I have waited for 5+ minutes each time for the phone to be answered only for it to then cut off and drop the call before I could even speak to someone.
David Gwilt: I just dont get why the hell I can't get a repeat prescription!! I've called the surgery, who told me to go on patient access & order it that way. After what seemed like an age, I managed to create an account with patient access. Then I finally get to the repeat prescription part of the site, to be told that the surgery has not yet enabled this service.. fuming!! I'm just glad that the meds I require are not for a life or death situation.
sharon venner: Yet again, great service from this gp practise. From reception, admin staff to medical consultation I have never received anything but first class care. It can take a couple of attempts to reach the surgery by phone, but I am patient and understand that the surgery has a lot of patients on their books that need attention. Again, I commend them for their care in our community 😊
jakki rhodes: Well on Tues I was told by Christ (secretary ) I would receive a call back on Friday (today) and true to her word this morning I received a call back with all the details and replies to my questions. So it’s time to praise where praise is due. Many thanks Chris.Jakki Rhodes
specialbrew: Can never get a appointment always tell you to phone the emergency doctors (waldoc)

Darlaston Medical Centre: what do users think?
apni jaanu: Considering the times that we are all living in I think this surgery is doing a damn good job! I have elderly parents and I cannot complain about the care that they have received. I have witnessed patients who abuse the reception staff if they don't get their way! we should appreciate the slack that they have to deal with everyday.
kamil khaksaar: Its good enough to take care of and you Family.
