Esha S: Excellent little opticians been going here for years, the staff are great they are always welcoming. It is a modern well equipped practice. They have highly skilled optometrists, who are always smiling, make feel comfortable with there professionalism. I would highly recommend. Parking is a bit of a downfall as it's very busy, if your lucky you can find parking right outside or around the streets. There is a free car park on Ford Street which is just around the corner.

Arrived with no appointment with an issue of flashing and floaters, was seen immediately for a thorough examination, was given advice about risks to look out for, where to go if things got worse and advice on how to protect my eye from further issues. Everything was clearly explained and staff were very friendly and helpful.Have never been here before but will now be going here for my eye tests.Thank you

Emma Padley: I have been going to Moores opticians since I was a little girl, and I always have the best service from them. Last year i went for a normal routine check up. The opticianist saw I had swollen optic nerves, she immediately sent me to New Cross where they found I had Palademia stage 2 and more tests were done. I was eventually hospitalised as it was fluid in brain, but the fluid had caused pressure and build up on my optic nerve. I was diagnosed with IIH. The neurologist said if it wasn't for my opticanist picking the fluid up and her quick thinking, my outcome would have been very different and I could have lost my sight. I fobbed of my other symptoms thinking it was just headaches and cold like symptoms. Even now they check my eyes regularly and help me with any questions and have literally saved my life !!!.My husband also uses them now after being with another optician's all his life to find that he sees better and has better service with Moores opticians.My whole family is with Moores now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I thank my lucky stars that the opticians found my illness .... my life would have been very different for the worse if it wasn't for them.5* for all there's servicesThey are kind, professional, cleanliness, knowledgeable, respectable and trustable and affordable.Thank you so much to everyone at moores opticians, I will be forever grateful for you saving my sight!!!

Naranjan: This is a fantastic opticians she is fully competent in her field and adds that personal touch here where other opticians lack.Not only did she provide me with prescription glasses which has made a tremendous change in my work life as I no longer feel fatigued. She also diagnosed a eye infection I was unaware of blepharitis.I cannot emphasis enough how important it is to get your eyes tested on a regular basis and would highly recommend Moores.

I have been suffering with floaters in my right eye, they saw me as an emergency patient, did all the necessary tests and reassured me all was fine. I am going back in 2 weeks for a full eye test, as feel the service I received at Moores Opticians was was second to none. Excellent service, lovely friendly staff, would totally recommend to anyone who needs eye care or an eye test.

Luckily they were the only Opticians in the area kind enough to see me.Lovely dispenser greeted us at the door and the store had a good Covid spacing policy.Quickly seen by a very professional and patient Optometrist called Shamina. She gave me a thorough check up and diagnosed the problem and explained it very well.Was able to supply the treatment, and overall a fabulous service!Would definitely go back.
