Sonia Whitehouse: Bought a van from here, had abit of a rocky start as the power steering went on it literally the day after I picked it up. Manny arranged to get the van picked up straight away, at first they thought it was a fuse but manny said he would keep hold of it for a couple of days to see if it threw up any more problems. The power steering failed again and without hesitation he ordered a brand new power steering pump and rack and returned it shortly after working as it should. I am very happy with the service that was provided and love my van . Fully reccomend Walsall car centre 👌

Donna Hodgetts: I bought my car in Jan 2022 and it was only when the weather got warm that I realised the air con is not working. I genuinely believed that it must have not been connected on manufacture so booked it in for correction. I was totally shocked when the team called to say a stone had damaged the condenser and it wasn’t covered under warranty and that it would cost me £816 to repair. I’m left feeling very disappointed and unsure how we certain it’s a stone and not a fault that existed when it was delivered. I asked for photo of where the damage is but how can we be certain that a stone did this? I have never heard a bang when driving and although someone told me it is possible, am still left shocked that this would happen and how parts would be so fragile/accessible to damage. Having had a car for 33 years I have never experienced anything like this or heard of anyone else having such a problem. I’d like to think that Mercedes’ would have done something more

Amarpreet Poonia: First of all, I'll state now that we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, purely because there were a couple of bits of kit that the car didn't have. But we wanted to leave a review to give some praise and positive feedback for Dal in particular, but also Mark. We went in and had two young kids and Dal was great with us and the boys. Really comfortable experience talking through our requirements with Dal. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and in no way pushy at all. Friendly, funny and genuinely appeared to care about us as customers and what we wanted. If we would have purchased a car, it would have been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've had. If only all sales execs could have the personality of Dal! Thanks Dal and Mercedes Walsall for your help, albeit it wasn't quite the right car for us this time. We wouldn't have any hesitations in coming back to yourselves in the future, and the boys will probably enjoy coming back too! All the best.Peter

Sheri Louise: Took my car here because the fuel pump had gone for the 3rd time, the garage before had messed up the wires and not checked it completely so it had burnt the fuel pump out, dealing with Mark was great, can't fault him at all! Had to get my car recovered to vauxhall and he said he couldnt promise he could look at it till the next day and the next day it was all fixed ! He phoned me and kept me updated ! Great customer service and fast! Definitely using again.
