Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Walsall: what do users think?
josiah lee: It was good thier polite friendly smiley fast I choose a designer par of glasses £122.30
Dorothy Doody: Great glasses bit too many people.
Linda farley: They are fantastic they helped me choose my frames, and even worked out which would be cheaper for me single frame or 2 4 1 as it worked out it was the latter,so I got normal pair plus a prescription pair of sunglasses for £131.00 when it should have been £404 such a lovely place to go so helpful
Viv Brown: I have used this store for many years, and cannot fault it or the staff at all. Fantastic caring service ! an incident did take place on my last visit but the Manager in charge that day dealt with the problem customer in a quiet, efficient and fair way without making it seem obvious. Everything ran to time and all the processes were explained and all my questions answered to my satisfaction. Well done keep up the good work!
Shivani Ghai: Absolute joke! Had an appointment for 1.40pm today. Was waiting and waiting. After an hour I got fed up and enquired at the desk and they said have I been pre screened and I said no nobody’s called me. She said it would have gone off their system now and I’d have to wait another hour to be seen. I’m so frustrated! What is the point of booking an appointment if you can’t stick to the allocated time. Also you can never get a seat cause people bring their entire family tree even though one person is only having the eye test. Will not be returning again. This store has gone far from downhill.
Sarah Whitfield: Really great staff, very busy, but everyone is so friendly and opticians are excellent with kids too. Your glasses come quickly and they are happy to help you choose the right pair.
Kindness always comes back: Disgusted by the total lack of customer service provided by the young girl with red hair on front desk, upon entering the store today to browse and potentially make a purchase. The young girl was obviously stressed and couldn’t cope with the queue of customers waiting to be served. I was standing looking at the glasses when she tried to get passed me without my knowledge, instead of saying excuse me she huffed very loudly behind me which then got my attention. She then rushed round me to a cupboard and slammed the door very loudly and huffed again. I was looking to spend over £200 on a designer pair of glasses, after being treated so rudely and in front of the queue of customers waiting I quickly made the decision to spend my money elsewhere and left the store. There was absolutely no need for this level of rudeness.
Dan O: I would like to thank you very much for the nice service Justyna, thank you. It's good that there is someone who speaks Polish, it makes it easier for me to come to optics. Thank you.
Nigel Green: Very experienced and friendly staff
Misguided Hollow: Avoid. Make you wait at least 30 min after your scheduled appointment. I was waiting 1h+ on 3 occasions. Today was the last time. They kept on moving my file around. People who got there way after me would get served before me. Disgusting.
ARMINDER SINGH: All staff good. But NAVREET is brilliant she explained everything to me in details. Thanks
Jay T: Great service with a smile even though shop really really busy
Marius David: It was a nice wierd experience. :). We had an appointment felt the on line form and we had to do it again. From the consulting point of view it was ok. The shop is really dirty even the doctor machinery plastic glass it was sprayed with something but not cleaned . All the glasses as well. A bit more efficiency of the employers will be great
David Reynolds: The staff were friendly and helpful and helped to reassure me when an eye issue arose. Certainly my go-to eye place in Walsall
christopher james haywood: Great staff and helpful
Paul Cowdrill: Friendly, helpful staff.
Richard Doughty: Rude don't care, left ferling that I was NUISANCE to and not a CUSTOMER of the business.Keep my deposit, not coming back.
Michael Gregory: Good service
Tracey Whitehouse: Fabulous and friendly staff as my husband when fo a hearing test and later fitting
Giovanni Picciano: Since a new manager has arrived in the standard is gone down and I have lots of problems my glasses should been very-focuses instead are reading glasses my glasses they are nothing what I ordered far from it and paid loads done for now still lots more to come.I have returned to speck savers to ear that’s I am not untitled to have my refund for my glasses I have paid £476.00 pounds and I got no glasses they blame me I have diabetic but I can see okay with my old glasses they have me probe me of since I ad the glasses I got to get us to it they blame me I have left to longBut since this too manager they have start there the are corse in lot of problems they keep pushing to be faster the Gael they are doing the check up any way I have still got no glasses and no money back this is speck savers for you
Tracey Wilkes: Not doing to great so far. Very busy bit chaotic with two people in wheel chairs one being my mom, struggling to maneuver around chairs, small doors, big nachinery, cant be helped. Disappointing as the eye test machine won't go low enough to accommodate my mom. He's gone to speak with a manager. Surely my mom is not the only one in a wheelchair. She doesn't have complex needs and still has all movement in her upper body.I'll update after the session and hearing test.

Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bloxwich: what do users think?
Ken Lees: Use this place regularly good deals freindly people
Michael Hunt: Always go to Specsavers for my glasses very professional staff and good value for money.
Paul Sharpe: Friendly professional opticians
Lynn Smith: Staff friendly disappointed that every pair of glasses I liked the young girl said I couldn't have in varifocal but later when I rang to enquire about having single was told I could so that means a trip back to shop
Ian Sawbridge: Good place to get specs , good service
Jan Longmore: Easy to get an appointment.Staff welcoming and courteous.Where able to reassure me with my recent loss of my sight in my left eye. However this caused a difficult problem when it came to ordering a balance lens for that eye. The staff persevere d and managed to get the several orders ordered .I have used this branch for many years and would recommend them to allThank you
KS: I was lucky enough to get an appointment within 24 hours for an issue that cropped up that had me concerned.I was put at ease by the lady optician who was incredibly friendly and informative.Georgia was friendly and welcoming on entering the shop too, and did my pre checks.
James O'Grady: Very helpful
Leila Mcgarry: Waiting game in there
Craig Bethell: Poor treatment
Jason Locke: Not a good experience
Jamie Simkiss: Staff are so polite and make you feel very welcome, would recommend 😊
Robert Magee: Sadly the other reviews are right about lack of professionalism. Arrived for my appointment at 1430. Was told to sit. That would have been difficult as twice as many people were waiting as there were seats. At 1450 I left without anyone noticing.
Julie Griffin: Very professional, service was outstanding, young man was curtious and polite and pleasant
P Dowen: Pretty average.
Craig Rhodes: Very helpfull staff and explained everything clearly couldn't do enough to help and advise me
Beth French: AVOID AT ALL COSTSThe wrong prescription was put into my frames, staff didn’t seem bothered or even apologetic for this. They are incapable of answering their phone to book appointments to collect your glasses, which meant I did not find the issue until a few days later when I went to wear my sunglasses. They replaced my glasses, which I had to wait another 2 weeks for, only for me to find the frames are damaged when I collected them, however, I’m unable to take them back as I need them for my upcoming holiday.Overall the staff are very unhelpful and unapproachable, they stand chatting amongst themselves when you approach the front desk and then stare at you waiting for you to initiate a conversation. The only positive of this store is the optician who did my eye exam. She was the only friendly one I’ve dealt with there.
Maureen OBrien: The staff are really helpfulBut unfortunately it's chaotic, the waiting time is too long, too many people waiting to be seen, it's too warm and stuffy
Susan Pittam: I won't use Specsavers opticians again. When you order glasses and they arrive with message to collect go to the shop have you got an appointment (no)I took them home had to return next day the place is joke not enough staff to fit glasses book appointments sell glasses no way I'll go there again and money you pay never told me 2pairs in 89 pounds range
Stephanie: Avoid! Appointments never on time and poor fitting service. My son was told he would "grow into his glasses", this isn't correct.Changed to Wednesfield branch. Do not require appointments there. Only turned away as Blowich store hadn't updated systems correctly so they couldn't find my son's details - had to escalate within Specsavers. Happened a second time and Wednesfield took ownership, calling Blowich the morning they were next open and then taking the matter forward with us.
Stuart Millington: Shocking waste of time booking . They use excuse of short staffed but still keep taking bookings. Arrived for appointment. To be in formed people had been waiting 45minns to an hour for somebody to see them..if under staffed why take so many appointments..extremely poor management
