Stephen Vincent: In the absence of more familiar outdoor retailers, MW provides and exceptional alternative. It has a an impressive range of its own branded clothing, footwear, rucksacks, and miscellaneous gear. Spread across 2 floors, it offers a selection of adult and children's gear that will satisfy most people's desires.The staff are extremely helpful, and their home delivery service is efficient and effective. We'll definitely be returning to stock up on travel gear before we leave the UK.

Chrissie Surplice: I went into the New Oscott , Sutton Coldfield Store on the 12th April as I had to return some faulty walking boots . James was so understanding, friendly, helpful, respectful and listened intently. Not once did he make me feel awkward in having to return the faulty boots . He then offered an exchange for another pair of boots. He then helped me to choose a better quality of boot. Unfortunately the store hadn't got my size so he kindly ordered them for me online. Another assistant called Joe also assisted me towards the end of the sale. I would always choose this shop in the future. A pity there aren't more assistants like James and Joe in the Retail Trade.

This is coming from a Paramedic who has seen the consequences of no seatbelts & also the frustration I feel when parents don’t have car seats.Sophie was so helpful in educating myself on the latest developments in car seat safety. I was overwhelmed by choice & with her great knowledge and demonstrations I was able to pick a new suitable car seat for my 6 month old baby.Hope her work doesn’t go unnoticed!Well done!
