Samantha Cooper: Recently had a issue with temp warning light on my car, Rising Brook were able to take a look the same day. Mechanic confirmed I needed a new thermostat, water pump and aux belt. Quote was provided and work was scheduled for a few days later. When completing the work Mechanic found he did not need to replace the thermostat after all. They did not charge me for the Thermostat and reduced the labour charge. I thought this was really good as a lot of Mechanics would have still charged for this. Really pleased with the service I received.

Daz Connolley: I rang and hired a Luton van last minute on Saturday afternoon and asked for Monday morning and was sorted, no problem. Great service and the van was brilliant and cleaned.My only problem, and quite significant, is the way the deposit is refunded. They take from the bank straight away so that should be the same ditto ! My daughter was moving home and every last penny went to that van and was left in a difficult situation after being told that 3 to 5 days before refunded, totally unacceptable sorry.

Corrise Graham: Received fantastic service from Rising Brook last month when we hired one of their 23 plate motor homes. The motor home was spotless when we picked it up and they gave us a thorough walkthrough of how everything worked as it was our first time in one.When we had trouble connecting the gas when we arrived on site they were on hand over the phone to explain how to reset it.They are extremely friendly and I look forward to hiring a motor home again from them in the years to come.I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in Bumble going to the Scottish Islands and back home via Loch Lomond, the Northumberland coast and castles. As experienced campers, but newbie Motorhomers, Aly and Kirren were very warm and helpful all through the process form checking Bumble over for the very first time, to checking all was well on our travels to the sad moments in which we had to return Bumble. Would highly recommend Born2Roam and if we hire a van again, we would first think of Born2Roam!!
This was our first proper campervan adventure in the UK and we were delighted with the compact but well appointed van 'Bridget', our home for 10 days. Kitted out with everything you could need ( two double beds, sink, oven, fridge, toilet, shower, reversing camera and TV) we set off to Whitby and was impressed with how smoothly and quietly Bridget drove. It was no trouble clocking up over 1250 miles through beautiful Scottish scenery, Glencoe, Oban and Arran just to name a few. A wonderful experience which we hope to repeat again. Sooner rather than later. Thanks to Keiron and Aly for their friendly service.

Hiring the van was simple and Louise gave us a lot of advice on how to enjoy the motorhome. They provide a number of videos to assist with the basics, but when we collected it, Louise also talked us through the processes. We set off with confidence and had a wonderful week on the Jurassic Coast.

Lou was able to help us and advise us with everything we needed to know. The Motorhome was very clean and was only a year old. I would highly really recommend this agency and will definitely be using again soon.
Lexie Gower: Total novices, we tried one of the 3 night taster tours. The motorhome was spotless and equipped with all that we could realistically need. The team were extremely helpful and did not make us feel as if we were being a nuisance when we called with what might have seemed silly questions. All our bookings were made in advance with suggested routes and things to see. However they were also happy to accommodate our last minute changes of mind. All in all an excellent way to discover motorhoming!

Robert Hipgrave: We hired a motorhome for a week back in May taking a tour around Dorset, we had never driven one before so was a bit apprehensive but we need not have worried Louise, Mike and Beth know there stuff, taking care of everything, you get a personalised itinery based around what you like to see and do. All you need to do is turn up, the motorhome was kitted out with everything you need for a great holiday. After a short introduction to how things work we were on our way. it was easy to drive and we loved every minute of it our 2 boys thought it was great adventure.So much so we are thinking of buying one.If you like to get outdoors but want to do it in comfort then this is the way to go. I would not hesitate to recommend

Andrew Cooper: Excellent week.We have been considering buying a Mobile Home for some time, and the big questions of layout/configuration and would the dog like it needed to be resolved. So we hired from motor home travel agency and took a weeklong trip around the Welsh coast and down through Snowdonia. We alternated - organised site one night and wild camp 2 nights to ensure we got to understand the MH as much as possible.The MH was superb - well equipped - everything needed, and the team at MHTA were excellent - nothing too much trouble.Oh - and the dog loved it!
Andrew Harper: We have just returned from a two week holiday touring Germany, Switzerland and France, all organised by Motorhome travel agency. We rented their 6 berth Sunlight motor home, this was our first time touring and also driving a motor home, it was one of the best holidays we've ever had. The motor home was well equipped with everything you could need, easy to drive being automatic, and comfortable. This was something we've always wanted to do but making the decisions about where to go and which campsites to book was a difficult decision. Mike, Beth and Louise at MTA, after listening to our interests and the general area we wanted to go to came up with a couple of routes and itineraries and we chose this one, making the process so easy. This has wetted our appetite for motor home touring and we would definitely recommend Motor Travel Agency.
