Elizabeth Moore: Bought a second hand bike from there - great service, really pleased.Turned out that the battery was on the way out and the bike wouldn't start a few days after delivery when it was slightly colder, it was picked the next day and delievred back the day after with a brand new battery and QB's aplogies.It's after service like this that really shows how great QB are.The bike is lovely and I am pleased with the crash pads and whatnot I had fitted there.

They didn't try to sell me anything, they just gave me the facts about the bike, even warning me of a couple of things to look out for when maintaining this specific model. They also made time to get the bike ready for me to ride away the same afternoon, knowing that I had travelled a long way to see it. The bike runs like a dream, I'm extremely happy and will definitely reach out to them again when I've got my full license and am ready to upgrade to something bigger. Thanks alot guys!

Mark Holdroyd: Since their latest refurb it feels more like a shiny showroom now and they carry a lot fewer accessories.So new bike sales were very poor on part exchange so went to Cradely Kawasaki who were totally brilliant. Service are good in that the staff are really helpful but they are very expensive in my opinion
