She made the ordering process straightforward and explained about the product warranty in detail. Sam give us confidence to order for 2 beds. Great customer service. Sam's a great asset to FV. We went into Dream Express just before Christmas. The assistance was excellent. We explained what we wanted and the assistant showed us what options we had. We were promised 6 weeks delivery and they were delivered a few days early. Having used them for a month now, the sofas built quality is amazing and they are comfortable. They have become everyone's favourite compared to others which cost more and aren't much older. Highly recommend Dream Express. The cushions were included the same colour as the sofa.

I just received my mattress the service is amazing brother hussain helped us choose our mattress he was very professional within 10 minutes we chose our mattress and within 3 days it got delivered on time 40 minutes before arrival i got a ring from them so i know it was on its way. The delivery guys was very respectful and opened their shoes and entered the house because of the snow, even though I asked them to not to. So thats a bonus! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for any furniture beds and mattresses. Both of the owner are very friendly and decent prices too!

She offered us drinks and spent time with us explaining the differences between the mattresses. At no point did we feel pressurised into making a decision. She gave us time on our own to really test the different ones out.Jay made our experience completely stress free and enjoyable.
