Michael Parker: what can i say about my hyundai i20 first of all i would like to thank stephen fisher from the west bromwich branch who in my eyes is a legend. he went above and beyond no wait he went even further he went that extra mile to get me my new i20 ultimate car which i should of got in september, he managed to pull strings and ask favours to get me my car quicker. thursday he rings me out of the blue and tells me would i like my car this saturday 29/04/2023 i said yes plz. i could not believe what i was hearing i thought it was a joke but no i turned up on saturday morning at 10am and there she was just sitting there and i could of cried. i could not thank stephen enough for getiing me my car so quick. so from me and my family, thank you very much and i cant stop looking and smiling at this car.

Mark Hale: My partner took her 2017 Ioniq to Brindley for it's 6 year service on 09/03/2023. The service receptionist struggled to find the car details, despite this being the 3rd time the car had been in the workshop. It took 4hrs and 30 minutes for the service and MOT to be performed. The service receptionist informed my partner that there were no problems with the car.When I looked at the service record later, I saw that the car had been through a 3 year service. The engine air and cabin filters hadn't been replaced. Neither had the brake and clutch fluid, as specified by Hyundai. One of the brake discs was scored and needed attention, but my partner wasn't told about that. We're also still waiting for a starter/generator belt that should have been replaced on the 5 year service (last March!) to come into stock.Overall, not a stellar service from Brindley. I'd be interested in getting some feedback from them if they read this review before I complain to Hyundai UK...

I cannot rate the service I received more highly. I called Barry the day before collection to discuss my concerns about moving from a manual gearbox to an automatic after many years of driving. Barry immediately reassured me that he would take me out in my new car the following day for a drive before I had to drive it home. Barry was always pleasant, friendly and helpful whenever I had cause to speak to him but I felt he went above and beyond on the day I collected my car. This is my second Hyundai Tucson and I love it! I then was asked if I wanted to go for a test drive, which we did. I was treated with respect, and no question was unanswered. A few days after I got an email saying that my car was ready for collection. Music to my ears. The service was brilliant from start to finish. I couldn't ask for more. Sarah Baugh: I had an amazing experience with Stafford Hyundai. I had an issue on the day where I was really pressed for time unexpectedly as my daughter was poorly and I needed to be home in time for an emergency appointment at the drs. Alan & Danielle went above and beyond to make sure I could achieve the service that was booked in but also get away in time to get to the drs appointment. They also made an exception for me to pay cash on the day as I didn’t have card payment with me. Such wonderful, kind people and made me and my poorly daughter extremely welcome as we waited, with coffees, hot chocolate for the little one and colouring activities. Thank you so much, it’s the small things in life that a lot of places lack nowadays, not Hyundai Stafford or their incredible staff. Thanks again.

Where pricing is more, and customer care is based on loyalty and how much you'll be spending. So bigger doesn't mean better. So Where stafford is a smaller dealers, they have the personal touch and care focused on the customer to a tee.
