So all this considered i found the duospa s80 perfect for me, added to what i wanted was the fact that it was built in england and also it has an ozonater which assists in keeping the bacteria levels safe alongside the general water maintenance done by me. I ordered at the height of lockdown so my spa would be 14 weeks i was happy with this as i really wanted this spa. I kept in touch with the company who are very nice to talk to there were a few problems which were soon solved on communication. Well my spa arrived friday a fantastic gentleman delivered it and stayed until it was filled and gave me the tutorial on really how easy it was to use. I had to leave it to warm up overnight i noticed when its warming up and the pumps running its fairly noisy like a low hum but we can solve that by getting some matting as we have it on decking which does amplify the sound. However this isnt like this all the time its only occasionally so its not too disturbing. I got a bit worried as you do with something new as it was bubbling when i thought it shouldnt but in 2 days i understand it all and realused if you do something you think is wrong dont worry it resets itself, it really is idiot proof lol. I had morning coffee this morning sat in it and i really enjoyed it and i did my water checks. I have a feeling this is going to be the best purchase ive ever made. Only downside its sunday morning and im so relaxed i need to sleep, not a bad downside i would say

We rang Simon and he tried his utmost to get to us that same day but phoned to confirm he would come the following morning. He came the following morning and immediately knew what the problem was. A quick test confirmed that the heater had failed. He quickly got to work and replaced our heater and stayed and tested the tub to ensure all was working correctly before he left. His service was first class and although professional in his work, it was also clear that he has a wealth of knowledge in his field of work. He is a very friendly and genuine person. The driver of the crane who lifted the hot tub over the house was also very professional and took extreme care during the lift.The overall experience has been second to none from start to finish. We also revisited the showroom to buy filters and additional chemicals and the advice was just as good on this occasion and therefore the after sales experience is also amazing. John Guy: What a lovely experience I have had with dealing with Mark and Luke at Happy Hot Tubs in Mappleborough Green. I came to them as a complete novice regarding water care in my newly installed Endless Pool but was given so much help and advice, initially over the phone and subsequently face to face at the showroom. If you take a sample of water to them they will analyse it and advise on the best way to treat it. I have now set up an O Care package as I wanted to keep the chlorine levels to a minimum. It is a welcome change to get personal service like this, in this day and age.

He came out and checked over the delivery route and made sure we was happy with everything.On the day of delivery they contacted us with estimates time of arrival.They arrived on time and checked where it was going and got stuck in. A great selection and options available all fully explained to suit our budget along with a full range of accessories which were not hard sold either I must add,We required a crane installation and as such a site survey took place which was planned around our needs, Malibu Hot Tubs organised everything.Delivery day was planned and duly took place exactly as promised, installation was very very thorough and explanations on chemical treatments and procedures fully explained and nothing was too much, no rubbish left as all packaging material removed from site,We felt very reassured and glad we chose the team at Malibu Hot Tubs and could not recommend them highly enough...
