Laura Littlewood: Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had 4 staff which I think were Amanda, Deb, Darcy and a blond young lady who's name I've forgotten. All 4 staff members were brilliant, really helpful with finding styles/sizes, really make the girls feel special about the whole event and not pushy for a sale. My daughter was really torn between 2 dresses and the advice from Amanda about the fits of the different styles really helped her make her decision. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff members were so quick to come and help, and offer any dress they could to the requests we had, Darcy was the main member of staff helping my choose and try on dresses. Amy Faith Morley: Fairy Godmothers!! Amazing!! These ladies literally rescued my bridesmaid dress which had been spoiled by a previous seamstress in wilenhall. Not only did they do a beautiful job of making the dress fit properly and removing a few of the stains and stitches from the precious… but they also added a lovely shoulder strap for the extra support I needed, but they were so kind and hospitable in the process. My sister who was the bride also enjoyed having her wedding dress fitted by them also and it was just such a lovely experience!

Tracey made time for me and managed to squeeze me so I could try dresses on for my big day. I was nervous due to my weight and size as I’m quite body conscious but Tracey reassured me wonderfully and was very supportive of me and every choice I made. I initially only went to get a feel of what style of dress I would like, and after a few dresses I had picked I had 3 to choose from overall. Tracey suggested a mystery dress that she had chosen herself based off my likings and preferences and i instantly fell in love the second it was on. I felt beautiful, like a princess, and couldn’t believe my eyes. I said yes to the dress! Tracey was absolutely wonderful, she was king and compassionate and we had a great laugh. Anja Phillips: We have recently bought my daughters prom dress at Caroline’s lovely little shop. We were able to choose from a great range of dresses and very quickly my daughter found her dream dress, exactly what she imagined. Though it was already after 5 pm on a Saturday afternoon the service we received was second to none. Caroline and her young assistant were friendly and professional, nothing was too much. I would recommend Caroline to anyone without hesitation.

L: My daughter got her prom dress from Caroline in October 2023 in preparation for summer prom this year and I’ve been meaning to do a review since then…I cannot commend Caroline and her team enough. She is so talented and has such an outstanding eye for detail and what works/works less well, whilst being warm and approachable. She has a energy about her which is infectious. To have all of that combined in one person is a rarity in my experience. Especially when they are as busy and in demand as she must be. We can see why that’s the case though now.My daughter and I were anxious that dress shopping would be tense. As her parent I was worried that it would just be something that she wouldn’t enjoy/not be able to find anything and due the the pressure on teenagers already I just worried it would impact her self esteem. In all honestly I was dreading it but I can’t believe how smooth it has been, thanks to Caroline and her team. This wasn’t just for us, I listened to Caroline interact with every person around her and regardless of the interaction she was as enthusiastic and positive with everyone around her that day.I genuinely never anticipated it to be the enjoyable experience it was. It made what I thought would be a headache a very memorable experience to share with my daughter. The customer service Alexis and I received has been exceptional from the point of our very initial contact and continues to be. Thank you Caroline, Laura and Alexis x
