L: My daughter got her prom dress from Caroline in October 2023 in preparation for summer prom this year and I’ve been meaning to do a review since then…I cannot commend Caroline and her team enough. She is so talented and has such an outstanding eye for detail and what works/works less well, whilst being warm and approachable. She has a energy about her which is infectious. To have all of that combined in one person is a rarity in my experience. Especially when they are as busy and in demand as she must be. We can see why that’s the case though now.My daughter and I were anxious that dress shopping would be tense. As her parent I was worried that it would just be something that she wouldn’t enjoy/not be able to find anything and due the the pressure on teenagers already I just worried it would impact her self esteem. In all honestly I was dreading it but I can’t believe how smooth it has been, thanks to Caroline and her team. This wasn’t just for us, I listened to Caroline interact with every person around her and regardless of the interaction she was as enthusiastic and positive with everyone around her that day.I genuinely never anticipated it to be the enjoyable experience it was. It made what I thought would be a headache a very memorable experience to share with my daughter.
