Matt McSherry: A great little pub and hotel on the edge of the city centre. You can see how much the owners care for their customers. It’s a room above an old pub so there is noise and you could probably find faults if you wanted to, but for the easy going budget traveller this place is great. Wet room bathroom was a lovely bit of luxury. Bedding was excellent quality, I slept very well both nights. The owners were friendly and helpful, recommended a good local barber etc.

Richard Slater: I've had a great Wednesday at the Greenhouse 13/03/2024. I have the respect for all staff at the Greenhouse. I know my behaviour isn't been very good a few weeks ago. It's due to me getting stabbed on the 17/12/23 at home. That's the why I haven't been myself lately and I shouldn't take it out on others. I love Terry very much he makes me laugh. I'm sorry for what happened a few Wednesdays ago.
Chris Buckley: So clean & so well managed.The Greenhouse was fabulous fun this Sunday. The pool & hot tub were at the right temperature, with no shortage of fresh laundered towel. Delicious Sunday lunch served in the bar area.What really struck me was the “vibe” friendly locals & all very open to chat & mingling. Shout out to Adam working the bar this lunchtime, friendly, fit nice bloke.

Niko Riko: Went to she dazzle event. It was my first time. The event itself was good few TV etc. The receptionist was nice and kind explaining about that days event. Gave me my towel. The ground level was to dark could not see anything. Other then that all was nice.

Sharbina Akhtar: . The staff are hands on, get the job done, professional, kind, respectful and well mannered. Everything you would want to be surrounded by on your big day. Honestly couldn’t fault the way they handled everything. They were given 2 weeks notice for this wedding and absolutely smashed it!! Couldn’t recommend them enough! The white marbel interior and their very own in house decor team is is just the icing on the wedding cake 🎂

The service is great, they do their best to make sure your day runs smoothly, and nothing is too much for them! Ishy provided fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. Fozia H: A lovely venue located in Walsall, attended my nephews pre-wedding, bride and groom henna party, lovely event food was lovely provided by families selected Asian catering service, which included choice of starters, main and desserts tea and cakes. Music and dancing. It was a lovely evening with close family and friends.

We contacted Ish and we received amazing customer service from the very start! He was so friendly, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about making his customers and their loved ones happy. The backdrop was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. We would 1000% book this venue again. We cant fault anything and we had such an amazing time. No doubt this is one of the best venues in Birmingham.
