Lesleyann Psciuk: Value for money! Great working farm but not much to see. Would be better in the summer to bring a picnic and enjoy the play area. Bring wellies if wanting to see the cows!
The Amazing Adventures of Me: This is a lovely farm to visit with little ones - it’s hard to believe you’re so close to the city here. Entry fees are really reasonable and the team are friendly. They have a good variety of farm animals and petting / feeding opportunities too. There’s a play area and often they host seasonal activities and a new indoor play area is under construction too. One note is that you do have to pay for parking - the machine takes cash only but you can pay via the app but signal might be tricky to get hold of to download it

Rosie Walton: We recently stayed here for the weekend for a hen do. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and answered any questions which we had. On the first evening, we unfortunately spilled a drink on the table cloth which was promptly replaced by the owner for our sit down dinner on the following night. Just one example of her going above and beyond for us.The house itself is beautiful and in pristine condition. It's far enough out of the way so that you don't hear traffic and have the true rural experience, but still close enough to Asda so should you need to go out and grab anything, you still can easily.We chose to have the catered meal for our second evening, which was such a great experience. The chefs came in and cooked everything, then cleaned up immediately afterwards. The food was delicious and the chefs were both so welcoming and attentive.I could go on and on, but it's really better if you experience this home for yourself so that you can understand what a fantastic place this is.Note to the owners - thank you again from me and all the ladies for an experience which we will never forget! I'm sure that we will book it again for our next big get together.

Teresa Donaghy: Beautiful farmhouse, cleanliness is very important to me, it met my expectations and more. Original features and fixtures, brought extra character to the farmhouse. Stunning interior, felt very homely. Tranquil surroundings, relaxing and peaceful. Had everything we required. I would stay again without hesitation, excellent for a group experience. Worth the price.

Rich Evans: We were very fortunate to be able stay at Blackgreaves Farmhouse for a special birthday with the family. Outstanding is an understatment. Everything was perfect and some ever lasting memories made. The Pavillion Curry was amongst the best we have had and we all had so much fun at Lea Marston shooting and quad treking. We can't wait to return for another family get to together. It really was a magnificent weekend and eveything about it was special. You will struggle to find a better family kitchen/dining room than Blackgreaves anywhere. Well done to the whole team and thank you for everything 👏
Barry Mann: The house that really does have it all! We were a group of 15 and the house still felt as if you could get lost, there is so much space. Everything is of the best quality and feels like it has been really well thought of. From first enquiry to departure the communication was brilliant and fast. All the team including Debbie, Emily have been nothing but helpful.I would 100% recommend Blackgreaves Farm for a special occasion or a large group stay.
Emma Herd: We had the most amazing stay at Blackgreaves Farmhouse. We are a large group of friends and the space worked absolutely perfectly for us celebrating a birthday. The house is as beautiful inside as it is from the outside, with amazing facilities to match. We can’t wait to stay again soon.
Danielle Bird: The most beautiful house. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.We stayed to celebrate a friends birthday. The open plan kitchen & dining room is perfect for events such as this. It allowed a group of 19 to socialise wonderfully and cook easily with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful AGA. The table was presented so beautifully by Debbie. We are so grateful for how welcoming and accommodating she was, thank you so much.The room was superb, well furnished with every amenity you could wish for. Very clean with high quality furnishing. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower, bath & soft towels. A fantastic nights sleep in a very comfortable bed, with crisp clean sheets and plenty of soft feather pillows. The house is pristine, it is kept so beautifully and has such a homely feel to it.We enjoyed the games room whilst we were there, which includes a pool table, dart & chess board. We also had the option to enjoy the outdoor hot tub.It is rare to stay somewhere that you don’t want to leave. We all can’t wait to return and hope to celebrate many more events here.
Christine Wright: Our son was getting married at a nearby venue so I rented this farmhouse for the rest of the family to all be together. There were 17 of us altogether.The hot tub was very popular and all facilities good.
Felix O'Toole: Really great food, had a slight issue with one waiter misgendering me. Once mentioned the issue was sorted. Good night overall.

Suzanne Mulligan: Beautiful venue for a wedding. We went to the evening reception so can't comment on the day. The evening food was freshly baked pizza and sausages and burgers with wedges. I personally wasnt keen on where the food was served in relation to the rest of the rooms. I feel a lot of people were not aware of where it was, as you couldn't see it. Would have had some kind of signage possibly to direct guests.Although it was in a remote place, it was a direct route of main roads and the sat nav directed us straight to it. It is down a small country lane, so a few pot holes and the car park didn't seem big enough but we found a space. I think if others parked more considerable, then you would have fit more on comfortable. Drinks were a little expensive in our opinion to. Cost just over £13 for a glass of rosè and a pint of ale.Really lovely outside area where we sat the whole night tbf as it was a nice evening.

Thomas Scott: Absolutely lovely venue, probably one of the best I've been to for a wedding in the UK, they have got everything pinned down & perfect, from the outside warm seating areas to the outside pizza oven & pizzas made in front of you, rooms to stay over, want a wedding doing properly with style then this is your place to go. PERFECT.

Neve Buckingham: We had our wedding at Coton House Farm a couple of weeks ago, everything about the venue is perfect, it has such a lovely warm and welcoming feel. From the beginning of the day right until the end everything was amazing. The most attentive and kind staff, they really couldn’t do more to help and delt with anything we asked for or any questions we had. Definitely will recommend anyone to get married here!! We had the most perfect day and will definitely be back in the future ❤️
