Sharbina Akhtar: . The staff are hands on, get the job done, professional, kind, respectful and well mannered. Everything you would want to be surrounded by on your big day. Honestly couldn’t fault the way they handled everything. They were given 2 weeks notice for this wedding and absolutely smashed it!! Couldn’t recommend them enough! The white marbel interior and their very own in house decor team is is just the icing on the wedding cake 🎂

anisak69: This place is absolutely beautiful, perfect place for any event. The decor is also done in house, and they have a variety of options. The service is great, they do their best to make sure your day runs smoothly, and nothing is too much for them! Ishy provided fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. I have used this Venue a couple of times and they’ve never disappointed. Massive thank you to all staff.

Fozia H: A lovely venue located in Walsall, attended my nephews pre-wedding, bride and groom henna party, lovely event food was lovely provided by families selected Asian catering service, which included choice of starters, main and desserts tea and cakes. Music and dancing. It was a lovely evening with close family and friends.
Nic B: We booked this venue for our mums 60th Birthday celebration. We asked for the Warwick Suite and it was perfect for the occasion. We contacted Ish and we received amazing customer service from the very start! He was so friendly, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about making his customers and their loved ones happy. The backdrop was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. We would 1000% book this venue again. We cant fault anything and we had such an amazing time. No doubt this is one of the best venues in Birmingham.

Lorraine “Lorri” Walton: Came across this place by chance as I was visiting someone in Walsall.However, we had dinner in the restaurant, and I can honestly say I have never tasted food like this before absolutely banging 😋 and I do believe the chef was called Gary.. top man!!Lovely waitress and overall nice atmosphere 👌

Sue Groves: it does look like it is boarded up and closed down, however, some parts of the hotel are undergoing a refurb which is needed to bring it up to date. Room large and fully functional and breakfast included in the price I paid so for the cost it’s very good value. The real gem here are the staff ! They truly do go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after. I’m at the hotel due to a bereavement and can honestly say I am blown away by their kindness …. The hotel will be fabulous once refurb complete and hard to beat … the staff are clearly very passionate about making a real difference and will make this place a hidden gem in the Midlands once the exterior is brought up to date….,
Elizabeth Davis: Absolutely so bloody happy this is a dog friendly hotel!! We are here right now !! The guy at reception is so lovely helpful and polite!! Our room is comfortable, we have shower and bath. It's not cold at all we are absolutely roasting !!Enough towels, coffee milk etc and more available!!It Needs a deep clean,Can't open window,Are all I have to say about flaws..I will absolutely stay again !! We've been made so welcome, and the Christmas Dec's are lovely.I suggest trying this for urself it was a last minute book for us and the price was fair!!If the dog is happy we are happy.Ohh and our TV works we have full signal watching Harry Potter.Seen no illegal immigration here.Frankly I was horrified with the comments it was the fact is was dog friendly and they don't exist anymore that had us here, please do not be put off till uve been urself!! Some of us still want dog friendly hotels and places. Glad we come.
