Ellesse is so patient, professional and caring, and she will accommodate any preferences you have for your fur baby. She has walked my dog for 2 years now, I couldn't be happier with her and Vegas loves her.

Jessica B: Cannot recommend enough. My pup was very nervous when she started attending daycare but after spending some time in Sherines care she is more out her shell and much happier to attend. Sherine gets to know the nature of the dogs she cares for and was careful to give my pup the time she needed to adjust. Really grateful for your work with her, thank you.

Matthew Carter: Sherine is amazing. We meet her on Saturday for an introduction with our puppies. I instantly felt comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and gave us some advice on our dogs. They had their first dog day care session today and omg they loved every minuet. Sherine sent me videos and pictures throughout the day and the boys were very happy. I cannot recommend this lady enough. I am so please and comforted to know our boys will be staying with you and your family while we are away in April and august.

She has a great passion for her job and our dog loves his stays and can't wait to get there. Our dog has always been well-looked after and I can't recommend her highly enough.
Simran Kalsi: Since bringing Caesar to the UK, I really struggled to find a good boarding space for him where I felt comfortable enough not to leave him for more than a night. Once we visited Poochiepads, I knew caesar would love staying there and it would be like a vacation for him too! On the meet and greet, Caesar was so happy to start zoomies and digging holes in the garden, he already felt comfortable in their environment within the first 5 minutes. We have left caesar for a weekend and we got pictures and updates. We plan on using Poochiepads for the foreseeable future and are really glad to have found such an amazing place for Caesar. I cant recommended them enough.

I always love seeing the pictures and stories she put up of Bobbi throughout the day. Bobbi loves playing with all the other dogs there and she also gets taken on 2 walks a day. She’s always happy to be dropped off and happy and tired when I collect her. It’s re assuring going to work knowing your dog is being so well cared for 😊 thank you Sherine for taking such good care of Bobbi!

Jennifer Vallis: What an amazing experience! After having extremely bad experiences with other groomers fresh paws has given me a new found confidence in dog groomers ! My dog willow came out looking like she stepped right out of a magazine! She was happy and looked absolutely amazing! They gave great advice on how to groom her at home and even gave us some food advise ! Absolutely amazing customer service and everyone was so friendly ! Will definitely be going back !

As lockdown starts to ease, I dropped of my beloved best friend, left him in the care of the staff while I popped in to the Service Station 50 meters along the road, I shopped for our daily necessities, and returned to find my dog enjoying his trim and blow dry. Wonderful location staffed with dedicated animal lovers skilled at there trade..

Not only that but I feel that all the staff care for her as much as me. My puppy Daisy is 4 1/2 months and the staff were super calm and thoughtful with her today, even though I know she was a little madam. Thank you as always for your super service xxx
