Chase Camping at Four Oaks Farm: what do users think?

Liam Buckler: and a fantastic onsite shop that is honestly reasonably priced

Mike Wilson: Stayed in Bell tent 12th August absolute fabulous place staff friendly very helpful will definitely stay againWalkability: Lovely ground's neatly kept

Yvonne Dale: We camped here for Paul Weller concert. Loved the site. Beautiful setting, friendly staff, plenty of space, great atmosphere with lots of families enjoying themselves but not too noisy. Toilets brand new and well maintained by a very conscientious guy. Good little camping shop selling all sorts of useful things. Plus the setting is so handy for the concerts.Nearby activities: Opposite the Forest Live concert venue, so handy.Food & drinks: Pizza van, breakfasts, hot drinks and well stocked camping shop.

curbroadshow: Excellent two days camping at Four Oaks.Very well organised, friendly team, nice showers and toilets cleaned twice a day. Lots of space etc. etc. Better than most permanent campsites.

Sultan Baig: Nice Family Park

Tanya Rowe: Such friendly staff who are so accommodating. Hugely appreciated how they were so willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had the most pleasant stay. The bell tents are absolutely gorgeous with the bunting and fairy lights at the entrance... Really gives the experience that enchanted feeling! The bell tents are spacious, warm, and comfortable.Really lovely campsite which is clean and family friendly.Has water available, toilets, showers and a shop in a marquee on site! Perfect activity for all the family or with friends!Located in the middle of Cannock Chase with plenty of hiking routes available! Also has chairs, tables, water kegs available.Willing to cater as well for large groups and will happily spend time with you to select the best part of the campsite for you!Thank you for giving us such an incredible camping experience!

Brad Stanaway: Beautiful views, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, good amenities and just a brilliant camping experience.

Kat Lines: Lovely campsite! Plenty of space, loved the pizza van on Saturday night, really good shop on site selling camping essentials, food etc. Good toilets, showers and washing up facilities.

David Cleave: Pop up campsite. Right opposite GoApe and the woods. Fab walks around here. The camp shop has some basic camping supplies and food and ice creams. For everything else nip into town just 5 minutes away.

Joanne Robinson: Brilliant pop up camp site. Temporary shower blocks and loos. Kitchen sinks out door for washing up. Water taps. The shop is really reasonable, with all the essentials and staff are helpful and friendly. Signage is small so keep your eyes peeled on the right as it's just a field with little pull in and gate and easily missed. Will definately go here again.

Pequeno Capoeira Natural Do Brasil: Excellent location, friendly staff, brilliant facilities, highly recommended.

Thank you Mousley Farm great to keep coming back. Love the new team.

Chase Camping at Tackeroo: what do users think?

Jakubiec Design: Amazing campsite set in the forest , hardstanding or grass pitch to choose from , facilities: Brand new showers and toilets water and chemical disposal point , great position for MTB and hiking, dogs friendly. Top man host, hank you for all your advices.Great location will definitely return.

Russell Withey: Beautiful campsite set in the forest , pitch where you like either hardstanding or grass , only facilities are water and chemical disposal point , great position for walking, mountain biking etc , no naked flames outside ie firepits , stunning location will definitely returnWalkability: In the middle of the forest lots of walks

K4plaa: Awesome peaceful campsite, lots of flat pitches, here with the Glorious gravel gang👍

Allex Houghton: Very simple yet well located site, great as long as you are self sustained, basically nestled in part of the forest, great place for a getaway.Noteworthy details: Very good for campers and motorhomes

Susannah Marie Beavan: Our favourite place to motorhome in the UK. If you go in winter you have it to yourself it's amazing. Great value for money. So serence, calm and relaxing it's fantastic. Could not recommend more. We are only down the road in Sutton but regularly stay here as a break away mid week or weekends. You get left alone too other then the check in with the warden.

David McGuigan: It's a very basic campsite. No marked pitches. A water tap, a chemical loo dump point and that's about it. There's a strip of hard standing, but most of it is lumpy grass which can get quite soggy. But it's in beautiful woodland and one of the best mountain bike trails in the region goes right through it.Nearby activities: There are multiple marked mountain bike trails in Cannock Chase. Including the red 10km Follow the Dog and the harder red 10km Monkey Trail. And tons of walking routes too. Or there's GoApe if you want.

L P: Lovely placeLocation: 5/5 …

Jane Evans: open and close behind on exit etc.The chase rangers are always on hand and absolutely nothing is to much trouble for them.I would whole heartedly recommend Tackeroo camp ground to anyone!Thank you for my welcoming stay and looking forward to coming back.Regards Jane.

Torsten Schnabel: This place is beautifully located in the middle of the forest, tall pine trees, many small clearings. Hard pitches and meadow pitches, you can also manage to stand straight quite quickly without having to use wedges.Service is of course limited. There are garbage cans, toilet and wastewater disposal, and fresh water too.No toilets or showers.Wonderfully quiet, great mountain bike routes, some crazy ones who bike even in the rain.Booking online was very easy, the code for entry was there within a few minutes. So the service here is excellent. We were spread out in the forest with 6 other campers. If you like all that, you're really in good hands here.In this sense, highly recommended.

Glyn: Have stayed a couple of times here recently and can honestly say this is now a fantastic place to stay. Calm, peaceful and natural - Fantastic. You get to choose your own plot so I tend to stay off the obvious main mountain bike track although the cyclists are never a problem. All of the information regarding finding the site and gaining access is provided in a clear format and contact info given in the pre-arrival email.Great wardens who manage to balance being helpful and contactable day and night whilst remaining unobtrusive. The walking or cycling is a given from here but I also enjoyed star gazing as Tackeroo seems to enjoy some dark sky benefit being only close to smaller towns. The vibe is one of natural calm and I’ll definitely be back.

Viv Maddock: Perfect site for visiting the theme park. However you are isolated from all other attractions and shops unless you are able to walk. Site has good toilets and washing facilities. Unable.to use dog walk as was flooded at time of visiting. Large field part of site was good for walk, however water logged in places.Good playground for young children.

Steve Waite: Very good theme park, staff great. Good selection of rides for all ages.New themed area being built at present for next year.Few good vegan good options definitely worth trying the vegan 'chick'n' and mushroom pie meal deal. It was excellent!Fire show at the Viking land was very entertaining.Zoo is very good considering it's age. Looks like there's some refurbishment on the way here too.

Crocdilo Gamer: Good campsite clean facilities and helpful and friendly staff

Social TV: Well maintained site now with a small shop for essentials. Very friendly staff. They need to watch some of the riff raff that comes in. Whilst we were there a large group arrived, they set up tables and all sorts with their kids just running around - some of them completely naked. Not really acceptable considering that they were about 8-9yrs old!!This is not a dig at the campsite as it really is a nice place with great facilities and you can see that the management take pride in the place. To police such people hiring pitches is next to impossible. It did spoil things a little for us but our pitch was far enough away for it not to be a huge problem. All said and done I would definitely recommend.

Jessica Rodgers: Great location and easy to access Drayton Manor theme park, walkable. The site itself is lovely and clean and the site assistants are fab. The play park was ideal for the kids with a few things for them to do and enough space that they could play in the open ground.

R A: .Parking is free, the barrier in and out of both the theme park and campsite recognised our number plate and we could come and go with ease. The only 2

Marie Sluman: Lovely clean site. Helpful and friendly wardens.
