Kirstie Heeley-Archer: After an absolutely shocking experience with SafeStyle we were desperate to find a trustworthy reliable reputable company…We live in a 1908 property and we’re reluctant to go down the upvc route and lose character of our house!!How wrong were we! From the initial visit there was no pressure to commit but a thorough understanding of what we wanted. Amy met the brief and smashed it! We had wood grain effect front bays and a sash installed.From the initial dealings with PW we were blown away with the understanding and professionalism, the surveyor was very thorough and explained every possible obstacle and solution instilling confidence….. we trusted the process and have just had them installed. The installers were prompt hard working, considerate of the inside and didn't even stop to drink a hot drink. They were very tidy and each day it was as though they had never been!!Why didn’t we do it sooner! Not only are they within character they are even better that the originals!!! J L: I’m a little late posting my review as I had my work done a few weeks ago. However, from quote to completion I have been so happy with service I received. Eddie was super responsive to my emails and was really friendly and knowledgeable when I came in to pay my deposit. He explained everything thoroughly and after my survey and measurements were taken I was fitted in pretty quickly. Spencer came out to do the work for us which was replacing a rotting wooden door and window unit to a new upvc unit. I had even had the cat flap I bought fitted for me which I am grateful for. I cannot thank the team enough especially Spencer who was prompt on the day and so nice to me and clearly takes pride in his work as he did a fantastic job! They have provided the look I was seeking.The glass measurements were spot on and imperfections with the walls overcome.I have given Purple Frog a 5 star rating because they deserve it.

The guys came around and measured up, told me how long it would take to get the product from manufacture, and exactly when it would be fitted. From start to finish an absolute professional service and the end result is stunning. Would definitely recommend, and use this company again.

Paul came along to quote the work and didnt put us under pressure to commit. He went away and evaluated the work and worked out the best price possible to suit our requirements. The fitters turned up on time the day that we had arranged and worked through bad weather to ensure we werent left in the lurch and always left the house clean and tidy.
