Dunelm: what do users think?
Shaun Of The Dead: Decent stock lines although a little over the top preferring stock lines to customers safe movements around the store.. you seriously have to watch where you are walking for fear of knocking something over..
Debbie Stokes: love a mooch in here.
Sarah Jane Harris: Great range
Dean Webb: Great shop, helpful and had what I required.Visited today and instore assistant was great and supplied us with what we required .
Kerry Oliver: Parking was great and had everything I needed for my home
Israr Akmal: Used to have lots of variety before but just like everything else I suppose it's been affected by brexit.
Sajid Ravat: Rude Manager... Tried to return an item that was unused, but was refused since we were 2 days late! Jobsworth award for 2023. Store says Head Office won't let them, and Head Office says it is up to the manager! Shambles.
Alison Cotton: Walsall Reedswood branch. I was buying pillowcases & took one out of its material drawstring bag for a closer look. "Excuse me!!" a shrill voice shouted from somewhere, which I ignored. "EXCUSE ME!!" even louder now. I glanced up to see an assistant marching toward me. "You're not allowed to take things out of the packaging" loud, aggressive manner, face like thunder, overly officious. "Well, I have" I calmly replied & shrugged. "Well, you're not allowed due to health & hygiene" louder & more shrill now. "Well, I already have & there's no hygiene packaging to speak of" I replied, calmly again. I continued to inspect the pillowcases. She stood there, fiddled with the display & then marched off. I continued to look at the items, gathered them up & took them to the till where her nice colleague happily scanned the disassembled 'packaging' with no comment. Dunelm - you need to send your staff on a customer care course. I used to manage a customer care service in my former career & NEVER would I have stood for such disrespect & arrogance being shown to a customer. There were a number of ways she should have handled the situation - today's experience was not it.
Caroline Hamilton: Excellent service and excellent staff
Debbie Westwood: Love this shop
Sheila Chadwick: Didn't have what I needed but very good stock
Neil Carver: Prices have risen, never found what I was looking for, but will revisit
Lisa Dawson: Not alot of choice for wallpaper
Jane Burton: Lovely shop bits of everything.. great choice
Alan Sanders: Love this place
Amy Kilmister: Good choice. Got what we wanted and in the sale.👍
Barry Jones: Clean, airy, with plenty of stock of a wide range of products. Along with helpful staff and a welcoming cafe.
Lib1974: Lots of stock,nice products
Jackie stephens: Went in dunelm yesterday for some curtains,Lisa was so helpful, and I wouldn't of found my lovely curtains without her help,so thank you so much Lisa.
Mohammed Imran: Price range pretty high. Only worth purchasing items which have been reduced. Even then you are paying the average price for the items. It is a hit or miss situation!
Julie Perrin: Ok shop but a bit pricey.

Argos Walsall Crown Wharf: what do users think?
benny Chen: It's not free car park outside
Adnan Ahmed: Absolutely vile I had a kettle that was under 1 year but refused to exchange as the manager Andrzej said it was in poor state. I explained that the kettle had a fault and it was nothing to do with that state.Andrzej, behaviour, temperament and rudeness personified a lack of respect. I will be complaining to head office. I have refused to give my money to them I would rather go to curry’s.Also the attitude of a burly tall woman: I think her name is Sue was very rude. She strolled with an enigma that wasn’t matched by her professionalism. God knows how andrzej became the manager there.
Imran Alam: Very rude staff been waiting ages to return item told a bunch of lies from them and there manager. They do as they please. Make the rules up asnthy please
Allam Miah: Staff are clueless, the manager that came out was a waste of time, tried to return an item and was told no, are u mad! Only had it a week and didn't use it at all as it was damaged, threw the item in the store and left it there, definitely racist in that place.
Zbigniew Palica: Great for shopping. Fantastic and ready for help customer service.
Zubair Soleman: Love shopping at this argos branch. Big parking space. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Never had any bad experience.Keep it up ARGOS!
Wag 1: every weekend i go the store for shopping and lady at the till name sue she is the best even i don’t need anything important still i go there to buy something and say hello to her Very nice staff
Richard Murrey: Great speedy service as always , staff very polite and professional 👍👍 pleasure to purchase items from here
Teresa Bartlett: They are a good variety of shops including a new Aldi which is very spacious. Also a great cinema + restaurants near by.
Marc Cheshire: Brought 2 items from here after paying online and had to go and collect from store! Plenty of car park space to get to! Easy experience to pick up parcel… straight to the click and collect service desk and helpful staff who quickly gave me my package! Would use again
Julie Parsons: Very pleasant and helpful staff, great to walk in and be greeted by someone, lady assisted me in my query, and while she was looking on Computer two other staff asked if I needed assistance ! So helpful can't remember the last time I walked in a shop and there was assistance like that! Purchased two pair Habitat curtains, one size was sent from another branch for me, ready for me to collect within two days. Thank you
Lee Hopkins: The slightly older female customer assistant is very rude and arrogant, didn't resolve my query nor did she forward it to a higher authority. Simply ignored my needs which left me stranded with no idea on what to do. She was also raising her voice at me so I had to match her manner. As a business graduate I can claim that customer service is always a top priority and in this instance, it wasn't regarded by any means.A very disappointing experience and I am hesitant to shop at this particular branch.
Saad Rehman: Uneducated and unprofessional manger called Celina staff were really polite was helping me and she was getting annoyed with them shouting at them in front of customersShe really doesn't deserve managers position she can't even spell customer service as she wrote a number for me when i am in the store why would i need to call customer serviceGot the same problem sorted from another branch without any hassleArgos please hire manager with proper interpersonal skill
Faizah: I went to Argos with my hoover it is under warranty and insurance, they refused to do it!!! Considering I pay for my insurance I was very disappointed by the level of service I received and will never be going back! The lady that serviced me handed me over to someone else and at that point my phone was on the right email and all of a sudden when the other lady looked at my phone the email disappears! Then she was Reallt rude to my partner so we asked to complain the manger was just as bad ‘EMMA’ I will never be going to crown wharf Argos again in fact any Argos, looking from the cxomments seems as the workers in this store are racists and so are the manger as they didn’t care they was giving bad service and continued to refuse to service us and help us with this matter never go there ever
Billy Khan: I wanted to give zero stars for the service providedI bought a product from them but wasn't completely happy with it so went back to return it but they said no we can't change it its in used 6 days plus nothing wrong with it went to different argos branch and refunded my money back without questions askedAvoid this branh
Sam Cordes: It is a great shop to go if you see great items to look for
Miah Mohammed Milad: Forgot to sey that let people know they don't do refund return and exchange even if is reasonable product and policy sey argos 30 day refund return that's not any more professional store any more was very good but I will try next time deferent argos in that store maybe management so so
Christine Middleton: You can usely get what you want, staff are willing to help
QuackingEldrich 101: There seems to rarely ever be an item out of stock, the prices are reasonable and the waiting times are surprisingly short.
Daniel Smith: Terrible service, whole bunch off assistants stood there doing nothing while people were waiting in a queue.
ilie chirila: Good staff!

Argos Reedswood in Sainsbury's: what do users think?
Mike Barker: Took back some head phones that went faulty after six months, the manager was very unhelpful and said there was absolutely nothing they could do, no exchange or refund, on something with a two year guarantee. Disgusting service, she just kept tapping the sign that said 30 day exchange policy like that somehow justified her, despite it being the exchange policy if you didn't like something not if it was faulty. Went to the crown wharf branch and they exchanged it straight away. Do yourself a favour and just buy on amazon.
Sanjay Jain: I went to return an item at this store but did not have receipt of my online purchase. Young lady at the till named Abbie assisted me and provided a fab customer service in a very helpful manner. There was another gentleman who helped to locate my purchase and eventually accepted my return and refund. Well done guys!!
J JD: One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! The male manager should not be working in customer service. He also gave me incorrect information. The lady on the checkout was friendly though. After speaking with Argos customer services I may use them again but I will not be visiting this store.
Andy Parsons: Just make you queue if you’re collecting. Standing at collection point. Just got told to join the large queue. Completely useless pre ordering here.
Benjamin: Left this store very unhappy!HQ told me one thing and in-store another. Instead of the manager calling HQ and sorting it between themselves like I would have done being a store manager I was sent away without it being resolved. It was easier for them to blame HQ rather than do their job. The manager failed at her job and needs either more training or to step down. I went to another Argos store the same day and got it sorted by a sales assistant who had more sense than the manager of this concession. Avoid this one.
Holly Arrowsmith: Very rude and very gobby! I would not recommend this one! I’m shocked
Brian Clarke: Went here today to buy something and I would just like to say that the young girl on the till could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to help. Very friendly. What a lovely change it makes.
R Si: Tash and Emma were great. Helped me and my daughter with a simple cardboard box to make a costume accessory for World Book Day!Service with a smile, and it's the simple things that work for genuinely nice people like us!Thanks!!
Richard Murrey: Busy place
Annalee Wilkes: I would like to say good job to the staff inside argos but sainsbury's they want I'd for the crackers when my dad was there at self check out they need to be fired
Teresa Bartlett: Very easy to collect parcels + lovely store.
Karl Atkins: You have to buy online at home first. Not like original independant argos stores.
Thomas Evans: Handy location and great service
AD AD: Good customer service and well support
Larisa D: Great service! Keep up the good work guys!
Robert Quadriguez: Update your hours, I thought I was in luck to quickly grab 1 item whilst it was quiet and you were closed up before your advertised time. Wasted journey!!!!!
dave warrilow: I have used this click and collect before and it is very convenient and was a grest service. However, recently I had a delivery sent there that was in a tube that was too big to fit through my letterbox, 1.2m long x 120mm. On the delivery day the sender contacted and informed me that the parcel had been refused. I went to the store to see why and apparently 1m is the maximum length. I contacted the sender and he said this wasn't in the contract docs. I will add, the lady I spoke to in the Argos store was the rudest least helpful person I have had the mis-fortune of meeting for quite a while.
Tracey Sainsbury: Very poor customer service this afternoon, untrained member of staff on front till, 4 or 5 members of staff stood talking and laughing in warehouse. Queue of people waiting to be served.
Richard Moseley: Fast service with a smile
Tom @ Your Property Tour: Very good Argos!
andrew mitchell: Try going there to pick up something ordered and paid for as a disabled person🤬🤬 disabled parking too far from queuing area, managed to make it half way before giving up.

Asda Living Walsall: what do users think?
mick ross: Store is ok but won't be going to. shop there again because you have to pay for parking with an app and the cowboys who run the parking I wouldn't trust
Irsah Ali: Great price
sean_ chou: This review for the cafe in Asda living not Asda living store?I went there today around 3:15pm with my husband who I wheelchair and finds it hard to say what he wants and we with my family as well we ask the manger Sonya do you still do £1.00 drinks and she said yeah but I was looking at board and she goes in rude away so what you getting then and my husband was rushed to buy a drink he disabled can’t think fast and she was like are getting anything then but with attitude and we had are drink and my husband in wheelchair she then came over 10 minutes later says get out and take your things we are closed so my husband who has PTSD and she coming over screaming that and scared him and made him spill he drink why it was hot and my husband had to carry he drink and drive he electric wheelchair but it’s hot and could burn he skin?Sonya you need to learn have respect and act professional unfortunately now my husband will not eat in Asda living cafe again? Thanks Sonya
Leesh: The Asda it self is great. The service however is terrible, numerous items at the incorrect price, which I know they dont have to honour by law, and if it was one item fair enough but when its a couple what exactly is the management team doing if these actions are not delegated to staff, literally waited nearly 30 mins in store at the till when i had a complaint due to no one knowing where the manager was- such a let down to the store itself when the service is that bad.
Groucho Marks: Wide range of quality clothes and home wares. They didn't have what I came in for though( small electrical appliance)
Mrs Susan Bennett: GREAT STORE...
Annetta Birch: Nice open space plenty of items there. The assistant that served me was not very pleasant though
Huvandirwa Makaza: Disgusting conditions of no water in the toilets. The was no warning sign at all. Staff s attitude about it was dispeakable.
jacqueline wesson: Good selection of clothes and household goods at reasonable prices with a small cafe upstairs
M Rises: 2 floors good prices friendly staff. Drawback pricey car park. Two floors with check out downstairs-not enough staff on tills fairly long wait to pay. Security on main entry / exit staring intently at all customers waiting to challenge
Janet Hendy: Called in there for a dress and just checked on the off chance that they had an air fryer (oven type that are like gold dust) but obviously I hadn’t got a trolley. A very nice assistant called Amber saw me pushing it along the floor and offered to take it to the till for me - she then offered to take it to the car across the road, thank you Amber for going above and beyond, I’m really grateful (I did try to ring the store - but after offering various options they cut the call)
Lee Hopkins: Everything is fine apart from the security guard who doesn't regard personal space. Always follows me and I feel like I'm targeted. Very irrespective of him, there's other ways to conduct your duty but not how its currently done. Items are also scanned wrong and the alarm is triggered as you walk out, not being your fault, the security is quick to run and embarrass you in front of many members of the public! Shameful behavior.
Sam Eagleton: I ordered for collection and had a nice browse, always a nice selection of adult and children's clothing. As well as homewares, there's everything here
Amy Williams: Lots of choice, full of stock & sizes. Good to see changing rooms have reopened back up :) so much easier. Clean, and not that busy for a Saturday afternoon
S Murf: Clean and bright. Good selection of products and lovely staff. Really wish they'd open the self checkouts back up upstairs. They've been out of action for a while now and the queue downstairs is often long
Kay Griffin: Great store, everything you need for home and garden, George clothing, books, games, and cold drinks.
Christine Middleton: Got what I went for, not a good choice of clothes know might be me chap on till sour faced didn't speak or smile ☹️
Aprilevette M: Has a good range of things
dean cleaver: It's a bit like the asda supermarket, but with a difference.
rebecca g: It's OK! If you have the patience you can normally find some bargains and most of what you may want or need. Staff wheh I've visited appeared to be quite friendly
BRIGHT LIGHT: Amazing for quick shopping

Carol Osuji: I went to the store yesterday to order a sofa bed, and I called today to cancel as I didn't need the sofa bed. I was told that I would be charged 20% when I called but this was not discussed during the purchase at the store. It's not on your terms and conditions or the receipt.
John Wootton: Staff very helpful and no hard pushy sales chat.
Mo Ashy: Got bed and mattress from here and i have to admit for the prices you pay the quality is rubbish draws feel very cheap, bed is like its going to break im disappointed to be honest wont buy from here again.
Clare Dickens: Lovely staff very helpful and polite got exactly what I wanted very happy
Donnie Ne: After waiting three (3 ) weeks for my delivery the order was cancelled and rebooked the evening before its due date. It was then scheduled for an additional three (3) weeks with no real choice or option of date and time. There as no consideration that I had already took a day off work to receive the original delivery. This brought the wait to a total of six (6 )weeks.By then I had already disposed of my daughters old mattress.I contacted customer service but there was little to no resolve or offer of compensation. The person I spoke to was apologetic but unfortunately that wasn’t good enough.Really disappointed and shocked with the service. I will never spend money with this company again..
Lynn Harvey: Purchased queen size bed which was ok but was made so you couldnt rotate the mattress side to side. After 4 years the bed was so uncomfortable we scrapped it - it was like sleeping in a rut each side. This was an expensive bed (about £1800? ) so l was really disappointed in the poor quality.
colin Hawkins: Excellent customer service received from them and received several messages from them regarding the delivery. Delivery drivers were very pleasant too.

Boundary Outlet - Walsall: what do users think?
John Graham: Excellent choice of clothes etc, good prices and a great cafe.
Graham Copestake: Called in again today they have eventually organised the store.Lot better now to browse typical outlet plenty of choice
Neil Thomas: Nice revamped restaurant, shop reworked giving more space. Menswear vastly reduced and little choice. Bought clothes and shoes and, as usual, clothes faulty.
Adam Wooldridge: Very good selection of shoes and clothes can be a bit pricey on some items good experience all around
Christine “Chris” Jones: Very Good
Ray Sterrett: I was surprised at what thay had
Angela Martin: Visited here for the first time on SaturdayI was overwhelmed by the variety of household items , some at a reduction in priceDenby was fantastic and the collection in the home dept greatVv
I Eszet: All great and nice staff. I like it :)
LYNDA WHITEHOUSE: We have shopped at Boundry Mill Walsall for many years and always take time to have a cuppa. The store has had a make over with new brands brought in, so more choice in clothing. On the other hand, the refurbished Cafe. Yes it's clean, staff are pleasant (& always seem to be multi-tasking from one till to another) but will now think twice about stopping for a cuppa after my last visit. The teapots have disappeared and tea is served in the tiniest of cups. It's no good offering a free slice of cake when it costs you more having to get another cuppa. BRING BACK THE TEA POTS!!28/04/23Just a quick update since last review. Visited B.mill today & wasn't going to go in the cafe but hubby wanted to, glad I did as the TEA POTS are back, and you can have hot water top up if you want. I won't go into the reason's given for this just glad I can have a snack and pot of tea and not just those tiny cups.
Farzana Suri Victory Coach: Great space. Good food.
Tracie Clarke: Lovely outlet first time I went here, its definitely pricey but the clothes am well made and u get wot you pay for,,
Ian Watkins: CALLED INTO BOUNDARY MILLS CAFE MUST SAY £ 2.75 FOR A VERY SMALL CUP OF CAPPUCCINO NOT GOOD
Lynne Czerniuk: Great new layout they have had a change round & it is much more organised looks great
David Thomson: Top shop love it going again
U P: Exp but nice
Joyce Fountain: New layout of the Outlet Walsall . Was very interesting had a good wander round, enjoyed the experience. Will visit again soon.
Karen Speake: Fantastic deals on bedding, really fabulous place, plenty to see now store has had a revamp.
Sue Morrow-Jones: Last visited before Christmas and there's been a big refurb. Not for me now. Much less choice. No dedicated occasion ware section.... Instead go round the whole store. Every section seems to have shrunk.I won't be revisiting in a hurry.
Bill Pearse: Worth travelling from Shrewsbury such a selection of men's and women's clothes
Marina Christopher: Huge selection of clothes and shoes, great collection for everyone in the family
Martin David Roebuck: Large shop 'outlet' for multiple brands. Reasonably priced goods. Large choice / selection of items.
