mercian dream: First visit with the family today and enjoyed every minute.The food was excellent and the service fast, efficient and all staff super friendly.We were a large group and although they were busy, they still allowed us sufficient time to sit in s relaxed atmosphere and eat in comfort unlike many of the restaurants today who try to rush their customers through their meal.The menu may have changed as some of the food we had are not detailed here in the recommend selection for review however the foods we did have were fantastic.I would recommend Lil' Africana without hesitation. Well done guys!
Anon ymous: I'll start off by saying that from my visit there was no black african staff in front of house or the kitchen. I feel if you're going to use the african culture for food and decor, give back to the same community.Integrity aside, the food was fresh and full of flavour. Seating is extremely limited inside so bear this in mind if you want to eat in. The meals are reasonably priced and are quite big portions.I am excited to come back and try more off the menu.
Izzy Chow: Good place to eat as they have a variety of different mains to choose from, normally food is always perfect, this time round I had a small complaint in regards to my chicken but it was dealt with by a waiter called Saif who went out his way to make sure everything was rectified I was pleased with his honesty and politeness. I would recommend for everyone to give the place a try.

Sorry John: Not a lot of decent choice of food in the town centre after 2200 on a Friday but found this oasis lurking amongst the chicken shops. I had the curry goat with rice with a side dish of plantain which was delicious. There were only a couple of basic tables to sit down and eat but I suspect their core business is takeaway. The staff member was polite and friendly. Open until 0200 on a Saturday
