Michael Hill: Popped in a couple weeks back for a T bone steak with a few mates they had the mixed grills. Meat was top quality and was cooked to perfection. Great meal and nice beer to along side it!! Will definitely be back soon!!Nice to have a local pub serving proper steaks and homemade food.
Kulvinder Lyall: First visit for food with my family tonight and I’m telling you it was brilliant, the vegetarian options were very nice indeed definitely eating here regularly.
Ryan McKenzie: Me and my Mrs came here the other week for an early ‘valentines meal’ as work/kids and life gets in the way. We were blown away by the standard of food we ate, I had the biggest steak on the menu and she had the chicken kebab and both were miles above anything else we’ve tasted at other places. The service was quick and efficient and I don’t think we ate again for the rest of the day and we had our meal about 1pm! Will 1million% be going back the next chance we get.
Bryn Roberts: Went here for a meal and food was top notch.Beautiful steak cooked just right and so tasty. Triple cooked chips was amazing. We also ordered kids meals and a all day breakfast a mixed grill and another steak.All meals was superb and staff was very welcoming and polite.Definitely be eating here again.

Pat Collins first showed ‘moving pictures’ at the Bloxwich Wakes Fair, in 1900, as part of his spectacular fun fairs. Collins set up what became the Showman’s Guild and was its longest-serving president. He was also a local councillor, as well as MP and mayor for nearby Walsall. The well-known ‘Bloxwich Showman’ died in 1943 and was buried in Bloxwich Cemetery. The ‘Pat Collins Memorial Clock’ was later erected in Promenade Gardens.

Gary Wilson: The premises are clean and typical of an old fashioned pub sadly the same cannot be said for the customers. I found the customers in there st the time of my visit looked at me as though I had no right to be invading their space and I felt most unwelcome. I shall not be visiting again.

Kay Griffin: On entering the building I could smell the men's toilets so it wasn't a good first impression but once past the bar area and into the restaurant it was really nice. We both ordered 2 courses from the Christmas menu, I had King Prawn and Smoked Salmon cocktail with bruchetta and it was delicious, so nice I forgot a photo! My main meal was the Christmas turkey dinner and my friend had the beef. Very good food presented beautifully with exceptionally tender meat. Staff were attentive. Would definitely eat here again.

Chad Lewis: Honestly.. I don't leave reviews. But this place was amazing. The mixed grill was perfect, football on the big screens and only 2min wait for a pint. The place looked busy, but it didn't feel it.Great job guys. We will be returning. 10/10
