Matthew Carter: The staff are very friendly and professional, it reminds me of the excellent service that you used to get in a department store. This particular Lakeland is the type of place you can go in and ask the staff for help and advice and they genuinely want to help you. The goods all seem very good quality and the 3 year warranty gives you plenty of confidence buying. Not the cheapest place but things seem built to last.

This was my second visit and both times I was greeted by all of the staff with a happy greeting and with a lovely welcoming smile. They were very friendly and helpful and happy to help with my questions and any queries that I had.They didn't have the slow cooker that I wanted instore but they were able to order it for me and have it delivered to my home.22nd January 2022Received a email today to say that it will be delivered between 11am and 1pm.Most impressive, delivered and in perfect condition, well done to all 👍thank you

The lady who served me provided advice for future use and said we want our customers to be happy with our products.
