A steady stream of people on a Saturday morning, but we still had first class service from Annette. She even put up with all our questions and my husband's South African-ness 😅Annette gave us practical advice about car seat options, and we ended up buying an oyster bundle at a bargain price!! I wasn't planning on buying anything today but we couldn't resist. It's so nice to support an independent business, especially when it's such a friendly welcoming place.

Also my mom has been in a few times with me and purchased the children’s pushchair and accessories for my daughters birthdays.Annette’s will always be our go to shop for near enough anything baby/children related and I always recommend her to all my friends and family.We’ve recently purchased another travel system from Annette and was due to collect it this month but after seeing a new colour of the one we ordered had been released i cheekily asked Annette if there was any chance of swapping. She got back to me instantly and said she would try her very best and lo and behold she managed to get it swapped for me! I cannot wait for it to come into store and to collect it.Annette’s is 100% the best baby/children’s pram and clothing store I have ever come across and will always pop by and visit if I’m ever in need for any baby/children related items :

Bethany Leach: Went to Annette’s after coming across her page on Facebook by accident, so glad I did! Went in just to “have a look” came out after ordering a beautiful Egg travel system. Annette helped with the colours, showed us demonstrations and with this being my first baby I was so grateful! We was able to do a payment plan for the pram and everything was so easy! Annette’s shop is lovely, we have brought dummies, egg accessories and other bits from there so it’s got everything you need. Annette is lovely and helpful, highly recommend!!! Aimy Louise: Me & my partner were looking for a pushchair after we had found out we were expecting baby number 3. We came across Annette’s pram shop on facebook and was having a look through at what pushchairs she was advertising. I had my heart set on the Egg 2 and My partner had his heart set on the icandy peach 7 so we decided to head to Annette’s shop to view them in person. When we got there we had our 5 year old son with us and we were greeted by Annette & a trainee who was both very welcoming and even took time out to make sure our son was involved with the process and didn’t feel left out. After Annette had shown us both pushchairs and spoken to us about all the accessories that came with them and demonstrated how to fold/change them over ect we decided to go for the icandy peach 7 and we are over the moon with the purchase. We never felt rushed or forced to buy from here but we felt relaxed and reassured that we were in safe hands. Upon collecting the pushchair Annette and her team checked the boxes to make sure everything was in the box that was included with our bundle, they even helped my partner take the boxes to the car and wished us well. Ajaib Paul: First time visiting and have to say its one of the best soft plays we have been to in the Midlands. Very clean, the cleanest, friendly staff, nice baby/toddler with lots to do and even the larger area is accessible for toddlers to navigate round and enjoy.

Helen Allen: Received a very warm welcome from the staff, which is great when you’re not local or if you’ve never been before. There is something for everyone, including a mini football pitch and go kart. It’s definitely well worth the money. Plus there’s plenty of food and drink to choose from. Will be visiting again if we’re in the area.

Ruth Thompson: By far the best soft play for my toddlers. I have three children with SEN and this place is perfect for them. It’s a lovely calm environment with a lovely little sensory room to help calm my children when it all gets abit much. It was my twins birthday yesterday and Bev and Chloe went above and beyond to make their day special. I have been going here for over 4 year and the ladies customer service and friendliness is unmatched. Bev is a diamond, always greets with a warm welcome and will go above and beyond to help. Angela Coles: Went to Little Hooligans as other venue we’d planned to visit was unexpectedly closed.Definitely a good thing. Place was clean, young lady was tidying tables, another lady taking food/drink orders was very pleasant and helpful even though she was run ragged. Definitely another member of staff needed along with the 3 I saw. It was half term and naturally busy.I don’t live in the area so relied on google maps directions to arrive by car, this was not helpful though as you cannot park at the venue, we eventually figured out we had to park at the local Asda where no lifts were working.

Joshua Vedder: Absolutely fab experience from staff, as I've come to expect in a Mamas and Papas.We were looking st pushchairs and car seats, and we were able to try the csr seats at our leasure on the sample seat to try the fastenings.One of the staff then helped us try our the pushchairs, let us fold them up and drive them round the store to get a feel, and also try the size out in our boot. It was such a great experience.Thank you so much.

She demonstrated a very good level of knowledge and her approach was customer-focused. She was able to give us dedicated support and demonstrations to run through a number of products and show us how to use them. She also tailored her advice on various scenarios that we presented her with and found us suitable products and bundles for our circumstances.There was also no pressure from her on us to make a purchase and we were given a quote with all the relevant information.We left the store feeling well looked after and having had a positive customer experience we would return to the store again in future. Nothing was too much trouble!We have visited Mamas and Papas since, and all I can say this we experienced no personal service in comparison to what we had within this small local business alongside seeing the different assortment of products.Glad to say we have since been back and made a purchase of pram, car seat, snuggle bath stand and Magic next to me crib.Saw a beautiful fluffy blanket which I couldn't resist either, Darren kindly sold it to me half price. Fantastic Service and lovely treat. John Parker: Always pleasant and knowledgeable service.We've bought a few bits and bobs from here and are always looked after.We have a slight issue with one recently purchased item, but Darren called me instantly to apologise and has already started the ball rolling to get it sorted.Reading one of the previous reviews, to say you don't want to hear about offers is ridiculous, it's the man's family run business and he's a salesman, plus the shop is no bigger than a double garage, what do you expect? Go on the Internet if you don't want any human contact.I'd rather support a small, local business than a huge multinational one.
