Lindsey Ballinger: Very friendly, enthusiastic, approachable staff with extensive knowledge of their markets and spot-on valuations. A clean, tidy, well-organised auction room with everything nicely laid out for viewing and plenty of experts on hand for those requiring a little more information on specific lots. Plenty of nearby parking, with a disabled space right outside the front door. A strong online presence with good photographs and accurate descriptions to assist those unable to view in person. Fair, competitive, transparent rates of commission; there are no hidden surprises here. Clear, precise, easy to follow auctioneering which motors along like a well-oiled machine, sprinkled with lively entertaining banter. This is a very professional outfit; a great auction house to deal with and probably one of the best in the Midlands. You might just see a few famous faces too!

Fellows provide excellent service and I like that they don't charge extra commission for online bidding. They took payment for the lot I won and dispatched it to my address quickly and without needing any further input from me.

Items are always as described or better. Service is by far superior to other auction houses, highly recommended.
Really good service. Quick issue of invoice. Once paid the lot is posted and usually received the next day. As an example, the sale was on a Monday, Invoice issued and paid for on Tuesday. Lot posted Wednesday and received Thursday.

I just got the parcel today the delivery company wasn’t great, took a long time and confusing said can’t deliver but they did.

Harman Singh: I’ve sold two properties with Bond Wolfe in the past, both in the Midlands. This time, the property I had to sell quickly with a guaranteed sale, was in Lancashire. I was an unsure at first if Bond Wolfe would be the best auction house to go for. But they exceeded my expectations. Their advice was spot on with the marketing price and how to achieve the best possible price. They advertise on all three major property portals aswell as social media whereas most other auctioneers only advertise on on two property portals.
