Hannah: Absolutely 100% recommend this cattery! Our cat had a 2 night stay last year and then a 15 night stay this summer. Our cat loves it there and never wants to come home. I always feel assured that he's being looked after well! Neil is great and our 14 night booking had to unexpectedly turn into a 15 night stay due to a cancelled flight and Neil was more than accommodating! We really can't thank him enough. Now to try to convince my little cat that being at home isn't all that bad!

Jessie Blossom: First time our 5 cockapoo’s stayed in kennels so of course we was nervous about leaving them but Mill Green was so understanding. Was allowed to come and view the kennels before hand and ask questions, nothing was rushed and staff was happy to answer any questions we had. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Dogs came out very happy and seemed like they enjoyed their stay. One of the dogs normally doesn’t like people but got on with staff well. Will definitely be using the kennels again.

Sue Groves: it does look like it is boarded up and closed down, however, some parts of the hotel are undergoing a refurb which is needed to bring it up to date. Room large and fully functional and breakfast included in the price I paid so for the cost it’s very good value. The real gem here are the staff ! They truly do go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after. I’m at the hotel due to a bereavement and can honestly say I am blown away by their kindness …. The hotel will be fabulous once refurb complete and hard to beat … the staff are clearly very passionate about making a real difference and will make this place a hidden gem in the Midlands once the exterior is brought up to date….,
Elizabeth Davis: Absolutely so bloody happy this is a dog friendly hotel!! We are here right now !! The guy at reception is so lovely helpful and polite!! Our room is comfortable, we have shower and bath. It's not cold at all we are absolutely roasting !!Enough towels, coffee milk etc and more available!!It Needs a deep clean,Can't open window,Are all I have to say about flaws..I will absolutely stay again !! We've been made so welcome, and the Christmas Dec's are lovely.I suggest trying this for urself it was a last minute book for us and the price was fair!!If the dog is happy we are happy.Ohh and our TV works we have full signal watching Harry Potter.Seen no illegal immigration here.Frankly I was horrified with the comments it was the fact is was dog friendly and they don't exist anymore that had us here, please do not be put off till uve been urself!! Some of us still want dog friendly hotels and places. Glad we come.

Only a few luxury log cabin chalets so plenty of time to look after each cat on a one to one basis. Execellent level of care is given to the cats and attention to detail has been carefully thought out in the facilities provided for the enrichment of their enviroment... a m: We had struggled to find a cattery anywhere near decent enough to trust with our 3 cats. So have not been going on holiday.We have just left them with Jackie for 2nd time now. Shes amazing, so experienced with cats. Ours have come back so happy, and contented. The pens are amazing, immaculately clean, lots of beds, shelves, and places for a lucky cat to laze about.Not very clever leaving the best review possible as the secret will get out, and everyone will be trying to get in ! James Harris: We dropped our cat off for a 2 night stay and upon arrival Emily was attentive and seemed very interested in Hugos needs.There were updates throughout his stay and when we arrived to pick him up he seemed very happy and despite usually being a bit apprehensive was seeking Emily out for fusses and strokes.It definitely seemed like Emily cared for every animal there and we will definitely be using Tudor House again in the future.
Ashleigh Laura Beesley: I have a 8 month old Bengal who has stayed with Tudor House a few times now and I would hand on heart never send him anywhere else. He absolutely loves going there and is so well looked after that I even get the cold shoulder when I pick him up because he’s doesn't want to leave. If your a nervous cat owner who is anxious about leaving there fur baby then you need not be taking them to Tudor house! CAN NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

Jennifer Godson: We dropped off our two cats for the first time on Friday for the weekend and we were quite apprehensive about it as it was their first time away. We needn't have been, Emily was absolutely lovely from the moment we arrived and really put us at ease. Her love for all cats is obvious and we really liked that she took us with her to show us their room and help settle them in. We left feeling like they were in very capable hands and returned to two very happy little cats at the end of the weekend. The cat hotel is super clean and the cats are so well looked after. We will definitely be using Emily again as well as recommending her.
Sandra Ward: My three cats have just spent 10 days at this beautiful cattery and have been very well looked after by lovely Emily, the owner. Each run has a gorgeous set of bespoke bunk beds for the cats to relax on, as well as a viewing shelf to look out of the door into the open countryside. Cats from the same household can share 2 runs - connected via a cat flap. Emily took the time to send photos and messages while we were on holiday which was very reassuring. My cats will be staying again next month and I know how well they will be cared for.
