I needed 2 summer duvet’s cleaned and also a replacement battery in my watch. I received excellent customer service and explanation regarding the timeframe for the duvet cleaning and also in relation to the new battery in my watch.

Helpful explained my options clearly as I required 2 batteries for different watches and someI required drawer and wardrobe moth killer sachets.

When I took my Granddaughters Jacket in to be altered I was served by Chris a very helpful and cheerful gentleman. Today Chris served me again when I picked the jacket up. The alteration was excellent and to a very high standard. Would always recommend the services Timpson offer.

I was served by Amy who was very polite and helpful regarding the repair of my husband’s watch . She even contacted me later the same day to advise me of a price change ( which she was very apologetic about) and to see if I still wanted it repaired. I did and am very happy with the results.

Good old fashioned customer service from Chris and Blake. I wanted to purchase a particular shoe cream and they knew exactly which product I needed and at a brilliant price….a pleasure doing business there and great customer service….thankyou

John was very polite and welcoming. He was clear in the service offered and the timescale, having the shoes ready for the next day.

Awful, opening times on website and in store are never reflective of when it opens. Been here numerous times and it is always seems to be closed. Today was the final straw I will never use timpson’s again. Such a poorly run company, sort out your opening times and get your website up to date.

Kris was spectacular! Came in for a watch battery change, he then offered me a cleaning service on my watch, when I came back to collect it, it was like a new watch! Thank you so much!
