Lyndsey Robbins: Fourth visit to get a tattoo by Liz. Liz is amazing at what she does, her drawings have been perfect and just what I’ve wanted each time.The atmosphere in the studio is so relaxed and conversations are always fun that the time you’re in there flies by and you walk out with a unique piece of art that is worth every penny.I highly recommend Liz and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fifth appointment is booked with her and I can’t wait for her to extend my shoulder piece.

Tom: I brought in two watches to Iles one for them to look at to see if they could do anything as another Jeweller had gave it back to me in pieces, and another I needed a couple of links taken out, battery, resealed and clean and polish, not only did they do a good job the price was excellent as well, I have had other bits and pieces done over the years here and I would recommend them over anyone else in Swindon for all your jewellery and watch repairs! 10/10 for me!

David Goss: Fantastic old school service...all the big chains want to sell the watch and give no after service. No replacement straps just told go to the brand's website. Iles are brilliant. A traditional family business that you should support before you lose it. New strap and battery and checking out another strap for a different watch for me. Avoid the big brands at the outlet and go to Iles.

Rich Hanley: I needed my wedding ring re sized and after having contacted the retailer from where I purchased the ring and they told me that they could not re size palladium rings I contacted Iles who told me that they could, and what a great job they did! My ring has a brushed finish and after wearing it for only a few days after buying it new it developed scratches very easily but after having it re sized by Iles it is in much better condition. You cannot tell it has been re sized, with no sign of a join and the brushed finish is so much better and has not scratched anywhere near as much as before. A top class job with great customer service.
John Fisher: I needed a repair to be made to the bracelet of the watch my late wife gave me. The part that was needed is no longer available so their staff managed to adapt a replacement part and combine it with the original. This means that the bracelet looks as it originally did. Fantastic work.

Alexander Bradley (Alex): , I had changed over my helix piercing too early to a ring that was way too small and my ear was going infected and very swollen and painful. She was so calming and welcoming and managed to get it out which saved me an A&E trip! It really was quite bad and she got it out fast. She also did another three helix one after the other without much pain and a lobe and the whole process was made easier because she knew what she was doing and did it well. Would recommend her to anyone looking to get a piercing :

rubie prior: i first visited Emma back in november to get my first snakebite pierced, after having a horrible time with another piercer in abingdon i was pretty nervous, Emma kept me calm and ran me through everything that she was doing and why she was doing it, i then went back yesterday to get my other snakebite done and again Emma kept me calm.
