Returns made via Evri Courier Collection, Evri Parcel Shop, or Evri Lockers, are no longer included with nextunlimited, for new subscriptions taken on or after 27/01/2023 and auto-renewing subscriptions from 23/03/2023.

These return methods will be charged at the standard rate of £2.50 per return.

For customers with a Next Credit account, your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months and will be charged to your Next Credit account.

For customers who purchase nextunlimited with a Credit/ Debit card, your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months and will be charged to your original payment method.

For customers who purchase nextunlimited with an alternative payment method (Apple Pay, PayPal etc.) your subscription will end after 12 months and you will need to repurchase.

You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, and have not placed an order with free delivery, you will be refunded.

Subscribing to nextunlimited - To subscribe to nextunlimited, you must have a valid e-mail address registered to your account.

Purchasing nextunlimited - The service costs £22.50 for 12 months’ subscription. The charge for the nextunlimited service will not be included in any other offer or incentive.

Activating nextunlimited - The service will be immediately activated upon sign up.

Next credit account holders - If you are a credit account holder, the nextunlimited subscription charge will be added to your credit account and will show on your statement as a one off charge for the year. Interest will be charged on the subscription if you do not pay off your balance in full before the next statement from the statement date following the date on which the subscription is added to your account. At the time of your purchase, the charge will be added to your total at checkout.

Using nextunlimited - nextunlimited orders can be placed over the telephone, or online once you have logged into your account at next.co.uk. Subject to the exceptions listed below, the nextunlimited service includes orders for home delivery, 2 person delivery items and deliveries to Evri Parcel Shops.

Nextunlimited can also be used to cover delivery charges for purchases made via some of our partner sites, which currently includes Laura Ashley. Partnering brands eligible to use nextunlimited are subject to change, at our discretion.

If you purchased a nextunlimited subscription before 27/01/23: you will continue to access free courier returns until the end of your current subscription.

If you purchased a new nextunlimited subscription, started a free trial, or manually renewed on or after 27/01/23: your subscription will not give you access to free courier returns, this will be charged at the standard rate.

If your nextunlimited subscription auto-renewed before 23/03/23: you will continue to access free courier returns until the end of your current subscription. For future auto-renewals, courier returns will not be included.

If your nextunlimited subscription is set to auto-renew on or after 23/03/23: your auto-renewed subscription will not give you access to free courier returns, this will be charged at the standard rate.

Please note, ‘courier returns’ refers to all Evri return methods, which includes home courier collection, parcel shops and lockers. These methods cost £2.50 per return.
