Louise Duffield: I came into Ernest Jones Swindon for a ring repair and clean. Lyndsey was very friendly and helpful not just for the repair and clean of the damaged ring but also giving a free in store clean of all 3 of my other rings. Overall was a very good experience.

Allex Sparks: I had an absolutely fantastic customer experience with Lyndsey from this office.The issues i experienced are too long winded to go into, but my experience involved a repair/replacment of my wedding ring. It was a long process to get the result I wanted but Lindsay had my best intentions at heart, kept me updated and was there for a straight to the point conversation when I needed to know more details.Nothing was too much trouble for Lyndsey, she is such a lovely and genuine person.I would highly recommend this office.

They were addressed to Sainsburys Supermarket Not the Argos in Sainsbury's!! She went out of her way to find them. Give her a pay rise as we need more helpful, happy people like her in shops.
