It saved you money, because of their fees, but I lost out on several Avios points, and was instrumental in my decision to reduce the amount of deposit. A dealership offering a luxury car should really use a luxury credit card, as well as other cards. Very happy with the car.

Hayley Williams: Initially contacted Mercedes in Swindon when looking for a GLA, Kyle was the Sales guy who we spoke to and when we changed our minds about the model we were looking for he found one in Milton Keynes. From the start communication was excellent with Sam and Kyle. We were given options and all of the paperwork was sent through email. Buying a car you haven’t seen in person can make you a little apprehensive, however, Kyle reassured us with a walk around video after the shop had closed! We collected the car yesterday and weren’t disappointed. The collection went smoothly and the remaining paperwork dealt with professionally. We drove back to South Wales very happy. All the staff were extremely professional and polite, always checking to ensure we were comfortable and had refreshments when needed, in particular one young gentleman who initially greeted us, and an older gentleman, who always checked in on us whilst we were waiting on Mr Bridges, who at the time, was busy with another customer.
