Graham Moore: Freya and her colleague this morning Sat 2nd March gave fantastic customer service. Freya helped us find the perfect pair of jeans and explained the offers available in store.The other colleague, sorry I didn't catch your name, explained the offers on the T shirts and then helped us find the correct size. They were both really helpful and didn't make us feel pressured in making a purchase. This is the 1st time fir a while we have came across this shopping experience in the outlet and I wanted to share this great feedback

G K: Great customer service from the gentleman in the shop on Saturday morning, ensuring that my shopping experience was as productive as possible by providing me the correct sizes for the jeans and shirts I wanted. Saved me loads of time and the clothing itself was pretty much exactly what I wanted both in terms of style and fit.

Darren Amos: I am a huge fan of this brand I me no apologies for it. I am.not the perfect shape and size for any fashion brand to be real but I know what I like and I always find something to buy from one of the stores. I unplanned popped into the store today and reci Ed the most perfect service.They welcomed me the wife and two young children who wanted everything. The charming young lady offered help and guidance around the store and was so pretty and polite plus great with the kids. The male staff member was able to size the wife's up visually from his previous experience and was so attentive to us all as individuals and I want to publicly acknowledge this.As I said I use many of these stores I travel a lot with work and as a certain shaped and size male I am not that easy to find clothes for and I absolutely hate shopping but these stores always take the stress out.This store is small compared to non out stores but it doesn't lack in range, service or value. We spent good today a d we will be back so thank you.
